Here is my '14 Silverado Summit White... -
To take off the lower air dam there is 18 bolts (10mm) and 4 plastic push pins that I removed with a flat - tip screwdriver. It was quite easy, just time consuming. I am very happy with the looks of my truck now.

I have the 2014 Silverado 1WT package, and how do I know if I am in V4 or V8? There is no indicator on my truck dash like there is on the 1LT or 2LT Silverado's.... -
