  1. update ...it was the thicker brown and yellow and the thicker grey and green..had a problem with the connection inside the tailgate that was making it not work...also make sure your actuator arm isnt bent..mine was a little tweeked and wasnt fully locking the gate..thanks for all the help guys..fyi my truck is a sle crew cab so that the wires for that...
  2. I really want these to work with the signal on my sle...gotta be possible..I have power and heat now...I'm not gonna spend 500 till I know it works..
  3. I cannot for the life of me get this thing working I have tried those wires..testing with light i get nothing off the wires im testing when I hit the unlock lock button..it cant be this difficult! I have about 10 grey wires, 2 grey with green and about 10 brown with yellow,,,sooo annoying....
  4. A multimeter won't read through the sheathing on the wire will it? What about a pen tester?
  5. I just tried to install mine...everything was fine until the wiring part I found the brown with yellows, I have 2, one smaller guage hten the others, then I found a couple solid greys all the same thickness...wtf anybody have anything different here..?

  10. anyone have the rough country 2.5 lift with the stock tires and wheels (20")? how does it look? I want to keep my rake the same and add the 2.5 to it and keep everything else..the guy at rc said leave out the 1/2 spacer off the front to maintain rake...thx
