  1. I got 42 rwhp out of long tubes, intake and tune, $1800 in parts and buddy labor. Unless you find a used supercharger, you're looking at big dollars. And yes, E85 should add another 40 or so.
  2. 2wd, standard tow package, auto locking rear diff, have the vibration. I have noticed it goes smoother up/downhill than it does on a flat surface. Unfortunately I drive flat surfaces a majority of the time. Mine really shakes around 74/75. Up to 70 it's fine, past 76 its fine. I'm hoping they find something soon, I've already taken it in 2x for the shake.
  3. Got my cover, Lund tri fold soft top. It's exactly what I thought I was buying. Literally 5 minutes to install. I love the look, hate the bubble when it's riding. BUT, my father has always had covers like this one so I knew what I was buying and I'll live with it. If it wasn't so dang hot out I'd take a photo. I'll get on soon though.
  4. Just ordered a Lund Genesis tri-fold tonneau. My dad just put on the same cover only the Extang(sp?) version. I bought it off Amazon since I'm a Prime member and it was fairly inexpensive. I just wanted something to cover the bed and no real other reason why I went with it. Should be coming in Friday so I'll photograph once installed.
  5. I'm very happy with the 2" Fabtech kit. They're billet and beautiful. I paid a little more than some of the other level kits out there, but I think this is a better quality product as well.
  6. Mine's a 2wd. Did a 2" Fabtech level, shouldn't mess with any components and rides pretty much stock. I didn't notice much of a difference, if any really. The 2" doesn't completely get rid of rake, but I still wanted a little, so 2.5 would probably take care of it.
  7. Block in the rear keeps more rake. I still wanted a little rake but didn't want the front end up too high, so I went with a 2" level. From what I'm seeing on here a 2.5" level gets it pretty darn close to full level.
  8. Fabtech 2" level. I'm not trying to get wild with my truck, it's a dd that is almost all highway some city. I do plan on taking it camping and fishing so I do plan on changing the tires. Probably go a smidge bigger with a more terrain oriented tread.
  9. Level kit on, was hotter than Hades on Saturday when we did it. A buddy of mine has a '14 Silverado Double Cab 4x4. We both bought the same kit, both installed them together. Took about 4 hours. Lost an hour b/c the jack we had pretty much was donezo halfway through my install. We were delirious from heat by the time we were done. We also thought about taking measurements of before and after....... Except it wasn't until after that we considered this! Apparently we both were busy Friday night filling up on empty carbs so Saturday morning start made that difficult. Needless to say, no measurements, I haven't bothered to take photos b/c my truck looks like a pile of turd covered in dirt and bird turd, literally. BUT 2" isn't much so most of the people who came by Saturday afternoon to see it didn't notice the difference. I said step into the truck, then you'll notice. And they did. So I told the ladies 2" REALLY does make a difference!
  10. Should be getting my level kit tomorrow, to be installed this weekend. I went with the 2" fabtech, just want close to level, nothing crazy. I'll post pics when it's done. Hoping to wash the beast too, haven't washed her since I bought her!
  11. One from the day I picked her up from the dealer, and one when I got her home.
