  1. Mine frequently does this and I chalk it up to the system recognizing the trailer, not really an issue for me as its only about a 2 second delay. You could try checking the ground on your trailer. Does it start working on its own while parked or after you've started driving?
  2. I thought the Valvoline article was informative, was just poking fun of how they sum it up with the Instant oil change GDI service and full modern synthetic oil as the solution. That said, I too know little to nothing about the new Valvoline products so maybe the laughs on me??
  3. So problem solved, Easy GDI service and modern engine full synthetic!
  4. That's odd. I thought the 1500's with the updated interior received it but not the HD's, learn something new everyday.
  5. You must have added it. The wireless option was new to the 2024 model.
  6. I ran the power from the battery but on the previous gen (2023 and older) you could tap the high beam fuse to activate the relay. The 2024 doesn't have a high beam fuse that I could find. I ended up installing a wireless remote that clips to my visor, I didn't want to do any drilling or fishing of wires into the cab. I would still prefer them to be on the high beam circuit but after extensive searching couldn't find any solutions on the web.
  7. Except CamGTP who posted just before you. Lol. I sometimes do, sometimes don’t, never has caused any issues when I let it run.
  8. Your signal issue is the reason both my headlamps were replaced. They would work fine for a while but the problem would come back randomly. I have not had the issue since both assy's were replaced.
  9. Update on mine..I'm at 19,000 miles now on my 2024 High Country 3500HD Gas. I had some issues early on (Both headlights replaced and tailgate release actuator) but have not had any issues for 10,000+ miles. Very happy with the truck and surprised to say I won't be going back to a diesel. Love the 10spd gas combo that seems to get stronger and stronger. Anyway, just trying to shed a positive light on it as I felt the pain with the 'glitches' early on.
  10. As the title suggests, this is clearly a first world problem I'm asking about. Here's the scenario..I'm listening to a game on the factory Sirius/XM sports channel, It doesn't matter what game but we'll use the NFL as the example. It's 3rd and 12 yards to go, your team needs to score a touchdown to go up by 3 points with a minute to play. You've listened to the whole game and it comes down to this exciting play. Now here is the issue, before the ball is even snapped, the score that shows on my screen updates to show the play was successful! This happens with baseball games too. Its like the score updates are broadcast ahead of the actual play by play. The easy way to solve this is to not look at the screen or have the Nav on but wondering if this is just my truck or has anyone else noticed this? Again, not losing sleep over this, just seems strange they couldn't sync this up.
  11. The only time I've found the adaptive cruise to be usefull is on a long single lane road where there is so much traffic its not worth passing.
