  1. Nevermind............ You have to have the damn cable plugged in. I hope jailbreaking fixes it whenever they can jailbreak this phone.
  2. I just got my iPhone 6 yesterday and today finally got it hooked up to the truck. The truck sees the phone and I get the signal strength display, but Pandora doesn't work. I can make phone calls (haven't received one yet, but haven't called out), but when I launch Pandora it gives an error about either no device connected or no internet. The weird thing, if I start playing pandora on the iPhone and then change the play source to the truck and hit the media button to connect to the bluetooth connection pandora plays. I can even skip tracks with the steering wheel controls. Can anyone chime in with either confirming this issue or finding a fix. Thanks.
  3. This isn't acceptable at all. I have a 2014 Silverado and a Galaxy S4. Mine has worked (audio wise) perfectly since day one. While I did have an issue with the bluetooth phone capabilities this was rectified with a software update that the MyLink support department was able to fix. I would suggest bypassing the dealership and contact the MyLink support who will conference you in with the dealership (of your choice) to get the issue rectified. If there is any files needed they will forward them to them as well. YMMV.
  4. Thanks for the compliment on the truck. I think they are very cheap looking and take away from the beauty of the truck. I begged and pleaded for the factory steps but they wouldn't do it. Instead the company spent more money buying aftermarket ones that I will let rot in my garage.
  5. Company bought me the truck and gave me the option of a tonneau cover. I'm not a fan of the 3-way flip style or the rollback style. Personally I prefer a one piece solid cover. While I was hoping for something that similar to what I had on my '98 GMC Sierra (Snugtop) I ended up with the A.R.E. LSII cover http://www.4are.com/product/lsii/ The quality and the construction of this cover blows the SnugTop out of the water. The only thing I'm still adjusting to is the raised points on the top. Technically they match the hood lines, but I'm just more used to a lower profile flat cover. I am not sure around the country, but here in Texas for every 10 tonneaus I see easily 7 are A.R.E. Here are some pics (Crewcab Standard Box) (FWIW, Yes, I took off those bars/steps! haven't updated photo. God they were ugly. Company requires vehicle to come with them from our Upfitter, if we keep them on is up to us):
  6. Galaxy S4 4.2.2 user here with a 2014 Silverado. All bluetooth functions work flawless. Only complaint is that it works too well. It picks up all the phone notification sounds and routes those through the speakers as well.
