Thanks for the feedback. I went back and forth on it and decided to just do a dedicated switch in the cab. I could see times where I may want to have the work lights in the bumper on without the cargo lamp up top being on. There is a nice little flat spot just left of the steering wheel that is out of the way, but yet convenient to cut the switch on/off. I'll get some pics up when it is all done.
I have a Hammerhead rear bumper with Zilla flush mount led cube lights to install. I would like to wire the lights so they come on with my cargo/bed lights when the stock switch on console is pressed. The truck is 2014 Sierra SLE. Will it be as simple as to tap into a wire going to the bed rail lights? The cube lights came with a harness and switch, so I could run them to the battery and the switch to the cab, but I would prefer to use the stock switch to keep everything clean.
