  1. Thanks for the update! I dropped the price another $50, now $150.
  2. I just sent them a message to confirm they will still support the v2 autocal.
  3. Yes it is available still. I do not know anything about a new version of autocal. I don't see any info on BBP about that when I looked either.
  4. As the title states, I have an AutoCal I got from Blackbear Performance when I had my truck tuned. I no longer have the truck so am willing to sell it. Looking for $150, located in High Point, NC.
  5. Has anyone tied this to the hmi module at all? Mine died in my 2014 and I went with one of those companies that sell the newer ones programmed for your truck so I could add android auto and apple car play. I have all of these symptoms now, except for the wheel jerking (never had any before the replacement hmi). I did the ground modification, removed my amp/sub and removed my brake controller so there are no more 3rd party accessories any longer.
  6. I tried pulling the RDO fuse when it first started but it didn't do anything. Oddly enough I took out the HMI and module behind the screen trying to troubleshoot, didn't know what to look for so put it all back and it still didn't work... was like that for day and I found some wiring schematics so was going to try troubleshooting again. Went out with my meter and everything was working. That's been a week now and it's still working. So I am really confused, it's been cold mornings then days in the 50's. Nothing is consistent with it...
  7. I checked power at the HMI unit behind the glovebox and the one behind the screen (if that's still considered the HMI???) and there is power going into it (at least the red wire on the far right harness for the one behind the glove box). Does anyone know how to test the actual HMI to see if that's the cause?
  8. A couple months ago I went out (right when it started to get colder here) to go to the store and my 8" MyLink on my 2014 LT was just dead. Screen did not come on at all (No back light even), radio would not play music, no backup cam, no clock, no Bluetooth, nothing. If I went to the audio section of the information DIC on console it just said audio off. The truck warmed up and then it would come back on and all worked again. It has started happening more frequently and not just when cold now. Recently I've had my battery die after the truck sat without driving for a couple days (it is a brand new battery). I'm guessing the radio issue is somehow draining the battery and caused that. I did check and replaced the fuse, even though the old one looked ok. I'm not sure what controls the screen and audio output to check and what I'd be looking for, can anyone help me so I can do some digging? Also to note, system sounds like turn signals and key dings still work while this is happening, but if I remove the radio fuse all together they do not.
  9. I don't think Black Bear has made any claim to getting around detection. So far to my knowledge only Diablo has.
  10. I got basically the same response back from Lew also, saying it's because they have a GM Programming Engineer on their staff... It's got me leaning more towards that way, just wish we had a way to confirm that.
  11. I sent an email to Diablo asking about how they claim to not void the warranty and got a very short answer back.. Anyone have anything more on this since everything I've been reading in this thread and others seem to indicate otherwise...
  12. I got a deal on my 5.3 14 Silverado but it had the 3.08 in it. I will need to tow possibly up to 7000-7500lbs sometimes so I've been trying to decide on swapping to 3.42's but the tune has been something I've been worried about after doing that. Reading this thread had made me really want to tune it and since I'm in NC PCM of NC looks like a great idea. Curious though, do you think I could get away without changing the gear's with a tune since that would adjust the transmission pressure/shift points? Or would that not really impact the towing capacity? Thanks, JB
