  1. Do you happen to know where I can find the bulletin online to bring to them? TIA!!
  2. Yes, I dropped it off Friday morning & Monday afternoon they called to tell me they could not do anything else to fix it. It is still shifting & clicking. I sent the info in a PM to you Eddie A!
  3. Mine started right after I got it. After 24,000 miles & several visit & attempts to find/fix it, I hate to say it's still there. Goes back Friday for another extended visit.
  4. The dealership had it for 3 days and couldn't 'duplicate' the problem. I told them how I had read the seat frames needed to be replaced and he said maybe the next time I bring it in, they will have something documented on how to fix it. He said the Silverado had a problem but the seats are different now and the shims won't work on my seats. I have to take it back b/c they screwed up the Drivers Info Display when they had it and now the MyLink themes won't work so they said they probably need to reprogram the MyLink system. They'll be keeping it until they fix the seats....I'm not driving off with it not fixed for a 3rd time. I told my husband about the hose clamp and he said we are not doing that and that Chevrolet will fix it. I'm not sure that it would work b/c the white brackets don't move on my seat.
  5. I have noticed that when I turn something moves in the drivers seat. I had them look at it at the last oil change/spoiler replacement visit and they "couldn't duplicate" the movement and just tighten the bolts as tight as they could. I told the advisor that it wasn't going to help because the movement is inside the seat, not the seat. I first thought maybe it was all the mechanical stuff for the lane departure system but those are under the seat & are not moving. Anyone else have this problem or heard of it? It's very annoying. Thanks!
  6. I wonder if it's showing up as a Tahoe/yukon issue and not a Suburban. Take a video next time. That's how I had to do it. Sent it to the head service manager and had my salesman view it too. There was nothing for them to deny after that. Are you dealing with the dealership you purchased it from?
  7. Wonder what the CHSML issue is? I saw last night that it now has 2 more recalls over the software & seat belt notification. So that now makes 4 (transmission leak, steering rod & the newest 2.) The spoiler TSB isn't showing up anywhere I've found online.
  8. I couldn't find a bulletin # but maybe this can help them. Good luck! Scan0002.pdf Scan0002.pdf Scan0002.pdf Scan0002.pdf
  9. They found the bulletin 2 weeks ago and ordered it for me. We brought it back last week to have it installed. Ill look on the receipt and see if there is a bulletin # listed.
  10. There has been a Technical service bulletin put out on this. Mine started the day after I purchased it and last week it was finally fixed. They need to get a new rear spoiler and replace yours. I haven't had any problems since they replaced it.
  11. I know it sounds completely rediculous but I have a rattle that drives me crazy. It's been there ever since we purchased it and I've moved things around (rear middle seatbelt, latches on the wall in the 3rd row, so forth.) anyone else have this or can give me any ideas where to look next? I am waiting to get my rear spoiler replaced due to it popping and not opening. So I guess I can have them laugh at me when I bring it back to have the spoiler installed and make them track the rattle down.
  12. Ooh my...I got a Black Tahoe LT mid March. 2 days later it started the popping and shutting. I called the dealership and they had never heard of it. It happened occasionally up until a week ago when it started happening more frequently and we were able to get a video of it. I called the dealership back and email the service manager & salesman so they could see it. They said it was probably the actuator. I said no, its not. It is something that is stopping it on the roof. So I left it there for them to see. After checking the shocks and actuator they looked at the service bulletins again and voila....there is one out. They've ordered me a new rear spoiler and will call me to come have it put on after they receive and paint it. I was really surprised that they didn't try to shave it. But glad they didn't. Apparently there was a 'batch' of bad spoilers put out. It's weird how all of the problems have been on black ones. I'm trying to keep a positive vibe on the Tahoe. I LOVE it but it's already been recalled & now this. I saw that here is a new recall for the steering put out but it is not attached to my VIN yet. They seem to think it doesn't apply to me for that reason.
