Nice work... how did you get at the tweeters in the dash? where did you tap in the sub? Did you put a filter on the door speakers now that you have a sub? I've swapped my door speakers, but I'd like to do the dash tweets and some kind of amp.. was thinking about a line-level amp for the door speakers.

Seems odd that you would see such an effect with direct injection.

I got a subscription to AllData ... although not as nice as having a meaty shop manual around. -
Here's the eBay key Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yes the key I got from ebay fits the ignition fine... Its not in front of me, but I think it is actually same shape as stock key. The brand key I received was the same brand used by the locksmith company. Good option to *hypothetically* stash a 3rd key inside your truck in a secure location and use the Onstar app to unlock your truck to let you in to use the spare key.

no, per my previous post, he charged me about $30 for the key cut...

Here's the key blank I bought: http://www.ebay.com/itm/351084901530?item=351084901530&viewitem=&sspagename=ADME:L:OC:US:3160&vxp=mtr NEW GM FACTORY ORIGINAL TRANSPONDER CHIP LOGO KEY BLANK 7013237

He charged me about $30 for the cut... if he had the blank, he would have charged me another ~$80 for the blank, and probably a bit more if I wanted to clone an existing key... which he can also do. If you clone the key, then you don't need to program it to your truck, but that is very easy to do... so no need to clone in most cases.

Yes, the shop did cut a blank for me that I got on eBay... although he said he was only doing it since he didn't have the correct blank in his own stock. I used Blaine Lock & Safe locally in Blaine, MN

I'm assuming you've had a follow up discussion with the dealer on the "fix".... What was the outcome? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Low voltage issue

I'd certainly be keeping a close eye on things if it starts fluctuating if there were no obvious electrical drains. Belt slipping? Low RPM? -
I agree... The sharpness is quite bad compared to my wife's 2008 Honda... But the BIG screen makes a huge difference... If I could have the big screen and a crisper video... that would be awesome.
