  1. I just had the same problem, drivers seat bottom heater dead, seatback working fine. Replaced by the dealer...according to the dealer the seat bottom foam, heater element and cooling blower unit are all one piece/one part. Cost was $700+. I would have done it myself but I have too many other projects going on right now. Passenger's side seems to still be working fine. Note that per my dealer there was a part number change on the seat bottom unit in late 2014, maybe an improved part but they are not interchangeable.
  2. With what? The taillight kit or headlights? What brand has sealing issues?
  3. Nevermind...I found the info that these are Anso made by Eagle Eyes. Took while to trudge back to page 3 or 4 to find that. Sorry for the redundant post!
  4. I am looking at these: http://www.ebay.com/itm/221475734000?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT#ht_3206wt_1238 Anyone have a set? Working OK? I prefer the OEM look. I see Anso has a similar set listed on their website, these seem to have the same tag on the back and are identical. Sorry it's an Ebay link that will expire, I could not find anywhere else.
  5. Just looked, my '14 High Country 6.2L has XL7 on the RPO code sticker. Cool to read this thread and find out a nice feature I didn't even know that it had!
  6. They are tiny. Whats worse is they don't go much higher than 3" up. It works for now b/c my kids are little but when they get bigger it will be a safety issue. My 10 year old is now maxing out the headrest height!
  7. I have had other cars w/ this bulb monitoring system. They measure resistance between the bulb filaments left to right. When there is a difference the alert is activated. If one filament is weak, but not burnt out yet, you will get an alert. Always change both left and right bulbs to get the same resistance otherwise the alert can continue even though you installed a new bulb on the bad side. Check the fuse too.
  8. Also adds text message feature for android phones. The radio will read you incoming texts and also allow you to reply with standard automated responses while driving such as "I'm driving, will text you back later". This is a nice feature, I had it on my previous vehicle and miss it on the Silverado.
  9. Wondering that too when mine comes in. Will I have to reprogram all my settings, favorites, contact XM to resetup the radio, etc?
  10. Yes you swap out a module behind the glove box. Looks very easy from the instructions they sent me. I already had Nav. Not sure on the pricing to add Nav but they do offer that.
  11. $399 plus about $50 shipping which includes a 2-day shipping label to return your core module to them, which they require. If you want to keep your original module it's an extra about $750 as this is what GM charges for a new one. Talked with Mark, nice guy. The reason they have a wait is due to core availability. You do have to supply them with your VIN as the programming is VIN specific to your vehicle. Also you have to sign a liability waiver for obvious reasons.
  12. Thanks, that's the one I was looking for. Will give them a call. Looks like you can't order online.
  13. I saw a thread here awhile back but can't find it. Someone had a software update/hack for the MyLink system that added the ability for it to download and read text messages. It added a Text icon on the home screen. I had this feature on my Subaru nav system and I miss it. Anyone know if this update/hack is still available? And if so, where?
