  1. If your truck was built after Sept of 13 It SHOULD have the up date in it all ready. At least that's what I'm told by my dealer. 50k truck and it has no idea what to do when shifting. Clunks, bangs, shakes, and my dealer says its "performing as designed" as the work order states at the bottom. Interesting that there is a different transmission being installed in 15s Have always been a GM guy but drove a Dodge last weekend and will trade for a Ford or Dodge when the new ones come out. What good does a bumper to bumper warranty do if the back bumper falls off when the transmission falls out...... DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING ONE YOU WONT BE HAPPY AND GM DOESN'T CARE.
  2. If you have a 14 and your not having these issues I have to believe your the exception. Were all having the same issues. Have had mine back 3 times in the first 5000 miles and all I get is dont worry its under warrenty and what good does that do me when they wont fix it. For a 50k brand new truck it's embarrassment to drive. The service manager drove it and yep just like the rest he said. Had to love the verbage on my work order. " performing as designed "
