  1. Hey your ride looks nice! Can I ask where you had lift installed? I just had a quote for $4450 for 4.5 Zone installed with Fuel Krank 18x9 Wheels and Toyo OC R/T 33x12.50
  2. Just installed LT275/70 Nitto Terra Grappler on stock 18's. Haven't had time to install leveling kit yet. No rub.
  3. I saw the same thing Bub...I have a LTZ z71 and was looking into the Quick lift also. I have an email into Rancho. Waiting for reply.
  4. Thanks for the picture, they look good. Picking mine up tomorrow. Did you have them on before level? I haven't leveled mine yet, can't decide on 2" or 2.5"
  5. How do you like set up so far? I'm looking at a set of Terra Grappler ' s that a friend took of his truck before trading it in. They have less than 2,000 miles on them and he wants $630. I have the same rims also. Would you mind taking a close up picture of tired and rim? Thanks
  6. Looking to level my truck (2014 Crew Cab LTZ / Z71). At the front fenders I measure 36" and 36.5" and the rear measures 38.75" Although I like the new BFG A/T T/A KO2's, an LT275/70/18 will not be out until March 1st according to the website. I have been looing at the Dura Trac's and the Cooper S/T MAXX, and will most like go with the Cooper's. I have been spending countless hours, according to the wife, reading and looking and pictures on this site, and figure I'd ask for some help. With leveling the truck do I need to add or change the rear block? I was thinking of buying a 2.5" level kit, but can I opt not to use the top spacer and go with 2" and see if I like some rake since I tow a bass boat, or do I need to purchase only a 2" kit? As far as the tires, it seems the majority of people are doing a 2 or 2.5" lift and using 275/70-18 tires. I was wondering if there was enough clearance WITHOUT and trimming or cutting if going to next size tire; LT285/65-18 which is 32.8x11.8 on Cooper's website and 33.1x11.8 for Goodyear Dura Trac LT295x65-18? I have the stock 18" Z71 rims for now until I upgrade to a set of Raceline's 18x9. I looked into the Bilstein's but they will only lift 1.8" and I think that would give me a little more rake than I want. Thanks in advance for your time! Jeff
  7. I have a 2014 Silverado Crew Cab (LTZ /Z71) with the stock 18" rims. (18x8.5 with 24mm offset). I am planing on a 2" front lift to leave me some rake, or coud go to 2.5" if need be. I want to get upgrade my tires ad keep stocks and looking at Cooper S/T MAXX 285/65-18 (32.8x11.8) and was wondering if I would have any rubbing issues? I know the 275/70-18 Cooper's fit (33.39x11.1), just wasn't sure if I went wider if I would have an issue.
  8. Nice looking wheel? Any rubbing issues and are you running a 2" or 2.5" level? I have same rims and need to upgrade tires. Looking at Cooper S/T Maxx 285x65-18 (32.8x11.8) and was wondering if they'll rub. Thanks Jeff
  9. I'm sure the info is somewhere in here..... I emailed Ready Lift and Rough Country inquired as to two tires that I was looking to purchase, but wanted to make sure they would fit without any rubbing. Ready Lift has a 2.25" and Rough Country was 2.5" Tires #1 32.8 x 11.8 (Cooper S/T Maxx 285/65-18) Tires #2 33 x 11.50 Response from Rough Country "We recommend running 285/65/18 on that kit. That tire comes out to a 32.6"x11.22". You should be fine if you are close to that." Response from Ready Lift "Thank you for contacting ReadyLift Suspension. We spec a 33"x 11.5" tire based on a 9" wide wheel with a +12 offset or 5.5" of backspacing. The offset of the factory wheel will determine if the specified tires will have a rubbing issue. If the factory wheel has a greater +12 offset or more than 5.5" of back spacing then the tire will most likely have a rubbing issue of the suspension components. Most likely at the Upper control Arms. Please verify the offset of the factory wheel or consult your local tire and wheel provider. Please contact Tech Support for further assistance" I have the factory 18" Z71 rims and I believe the offset is +24? I was thinking of going with the Ready Lift. Since they base their specs on a 9" wide wheel with a +12 offset or 5.5" of backspacing, does anyone know if I would be okay since my wheel is only 8.5" wide? Really like the Cooper S/T Maxx and wanted the 285/65-18(32.8x11.8), think the tire would be a little more flush with the fender? Or am I completely wrong?
  10. Good looking truck. I'm considering the same tire or the Cooper S/T MAXX (285/65-18). Do you think there is enough clearance if you would've went a little wider (295/65-18) with the Dura Trac, which is 33.1x11.8 cmopared to what you have 33.39x11.1? Jeff
  11. I am currently riding on stock Goodyear Wranglers SR-A (265/65/18) on stock 18" Z71 rims. As for now I want to upgrade the tires and keep the stock rims. Would also be doing either a 2" or 2.5" RC level kit, depending if I want a little rake since I tow a bass boat. I have been reading the post on this site prior to me picking up my truck earlier this year and have seen some nice setups. I believe I have pretty much narrowed the tires between the Goodyear Dura Trac and the Cooper ST MAXX. I want to gain some height and tread width when I finally make the decision, which hopefully will be before it snows. I was thinking on the Dura Trac running 295/65/18 (33.1x11.8) or the ST MAXX running a 285/65/18 (32.8x11.8). i like both but was leaning toward the Dura Trac because they were 33's, but I have ranCooper AT3's on another truck that I was really happy with. There is a guy on here running ST MAXX 305/60/18 (32.64x12.1) with no rub and no level. http://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/topic/161086-cooper-st-maxx-30560-18-121x326-18-no-levellift/ Do you think with a 2" level I would be able to run the Dura Trac (33.1x11.8) without any rubbing and no trimming? Thanks for you help. Its defineatley a time consuming process to figure this out! Jeff
  12. Great lookin truck.....looking to do same to mine. Tires are 275/70/18? How loud are that at 55-60mph, overbearing? Do you think you could've went alittle wider say 285? Any side profile pictures, I want something thats flush with fender or maybe sticks out a smidge. Hows the ride with the level, I've read some people say it actually rides better.
  13. A Simple beautiful truck. Are you running a lift or just level? What size wheels/tires, did you need to do any trimming? Thanks Jeff
