  1. Hi guys any update about disabling stability control and not engaging again at 35?? I searched a lot between time to time to check if there any solution, there no fuse for the traction or abs, the fuse controls the entire brake system, fuse number 24(EBCM) electronic brake control module, I removed it and the brake was soo weak, tried once to unplug the sensor on the hub while I was off-roading, the traction, stability, abs… dash indicater came on, i think the traction control system went off, but the issue was I couldn’t drive because the 4 x 4 was disengaging, high, low & auto, selecting a mode again and after throttle 2-3 seconds the rear tires spins and the 4 x 4 disengage again, so I plugged it back again, didn’t try it on road for donuts, that was a try to see if this method works so I can make a switch, but it didn’t . I had 2011 and was so happy with it, on road off road, but this model took from me the fun I used to do. thanks guys hope someone will find away to do it
  2. Thanks all for your replies & info, thats why I posted this topic, I’ve heard & seen many videos of it failing specially on dyno and also many videos of it going fast with stock shaft, my self had 2011 Z71 and reached +137mph many times before knowing its unsafe, now on the new 2020 I reached 125mph and can go more but thats what I set the Pulsar LT to, and the stability was great, as I said I only do it on open highway far from other traffic, it’s a truck for sure it wont be safe to maneuver between cars or lanes at high speeds, are all truck trims have the same shaft?? Denali, TB, LTZ, …?? All years model same shafts 2008-2020?? I think the issue on the truck in youtube video is trying to do burnouts applying too much brake, the photo I sent is truck with some mods, exhaust, intake, stock shaft
  3. Hi truckers I have 2020 Silverado TB and raised the limiter to 200kmh, I have done 200 just for seconds and can go more but the issue is I heard many talks about the shaft or diffs couldn’t handle higher speeds!! Thats make me worry, Does anybody knows for sure?? And what parts other than the tires must be changed to be safe for higher speeds?? thanks guys…
  4. I have a question if any one could help?? what will happen if I didn’t turn off the AFM on the ECU and: 1/there is no hardware in the engine, just the AFM valley cover connected?? 2/without the AFM valley cover & no hardware ??
  5. Yes its the same, the problem is he buys many engines from UAE which comes from the states , so no chassis number to track, and its not labeled from the junkyard so we can identify it. Don’t be sorry, that how it is with motors, it was great & powerful, I’ll miss it. thanks for your info
  6. It has a connector in the front, so its VVT?? Vavle on cylinder 4 felt & hit by the piston, cylinder head, valve, piston & more are dameged, even cylinder wall too, so I just removed the heads & from what i saw was enough to let me decide to change the motor, the engine is 6.2l so I can’t use any parts from it, truck came originally with 5.3l, 3 years ago I swapped it to 6.2l, and now returning it to stock again,
  7. As I’ve been told its 2009, iron block, but it does not have the AFM plate or the spring lifters, not sure about the VVT, how to make sure??
  8. 2011 1500 silverado cane with 5.3l AFM system, due to engine failure I’m planning to replace it because it’s much cheaper than repairing it, so the engine I’m looking to go farward with not equipped with AFM hardware, my question is: will it work fine with my stock PCM parameters & using tuner to deactivate DOD??
