  1. P/N 84831225 is listed as Cayenne Red Tintcoat. Says fits 2021. No idea if they will fit 2022
  2. That is my first color choice! But I bought off the lot and settled for black. It's already too much black, FOR ME, to switch to black mirror covers. I thought the "satin chrome" matched the stainless steel belt line trim better than CHROME.
  3. My vote is keep the LTZ. Since you said go by appearance; I like grill, wheel, and tires on the LTZ better. Why two trucks? I would think the dealer would have given a good trade offer for the LTZ.
  4. The dealer is going to replace the satin cap with chrome under warranty. I'll ask them to see what number is molded in the satin cap and if it matches the number for chrome (maybe it missed a step or two in the plating process?)
  5. I wondered if maybe Tahoes, Surburans, or even Work trucks used the satin mirror covers? Or GMC, or Cadillac? Maybe there will be a number molded in the interior side of the mirror cover? And right side will be one number higher or lower? Build says Roanoke, IN. Maybe the mirror should have been shipped to Mexico for non USA market?
  6. I just bought a 2022 Chevy High Country. It came with a Satin Chrome mirror cover (top 1/2 exterior mirror) on the driver's side and a Chrome cover on the passenger side. These are the standard size mirrors, not larger trailer tow mirror. Truck was assembled in Indiana if that helps. The dealer told me they would order a Chrome mirror cover for the driver's mirror. I told them I liked the Satin Chrome better. Later a guy from the dealership called me and said they cannot find the P/N for a Satin mirror cover for either side and therefor would have to change the driver's to Chrome. Any one able to find me the Satin Chrome mirror P/N? Or tell what other GM product they are used on? Thanks!
  7. I heard oil usage was in trucks with cylinder deactivation feature. IIRC 2011 6.2 did not have this feature.
  8. The main reason I do not want a white truck is they remind me of a service or work truck. The second reason is they way they show rust
  9. I am trying to figure out why there are 45 color chips. Maybe all the colors ever used?? I know you will not get that many choice for a single model. What I would like are more interior color choices than black, gray and tan
  10. I am not sure for Canada, but for US GM workers, union dues were 2 hours pay per month. Retired GM worker 1973-2011
  11. No beard, so no commercial for me. But I do have a Silverado! My idea would be taking beautiful Nurses to work during a blizzard when only 4x4s could make it through the deep snow.
