  1. 50k miles now! On stock height and stock tires, I averaged 17.2 in hills and freeway driving. Post 2” level and 275 65 r20 ko2s, I’m averaging 14.5-15.5 in same driving conditions. Yarr
  2. Hey pgamboa- I have DL8s on my 14 lt2 cc and I’ve come across a set of DL3s from an LTZ truck. I apologize for not reading the thread in its 59 page entirety- can you either post or pm me regarding the following- 1) What would the process of using the diy kit entail? 2) Can I modify either the DL8 harness or the DL3 harness myself (I have both), and what would that entail skill-wise? 3) How can I determine which mirror switch to order to ensure all functions operational? 4) If I decide to go plug and play, what is the expected turn around time? Thanks for your support- your efforts are greaty appreciated and benefit both truck owners and the forum as a whole!
  3. I have it, and it is the correct part for the Driver's side. I have a '14 LT z71, and the the truck comes with one on the passenger's side... So... it makes sense that the one chevy has made available for ordering is not the one that comes standard on the truck. Install is easy as can be and it makes a huge difference. PMattras has the correct information for the Driver's side. Part Number: 23135699
  4. Good news! Just received mine, and I'm going to install it this weekend... I am now wondering the same thing that another user asked about earlier in this thread- Is anyone running the kicker package (dsp/amp/sub) while using the under seat storage thing in the back? I'm wondering if the storage box can be modified to fit with the sub. Thanks in advance, and thanks to mallcrawler for this awesome thread!
  5. Just installed the factory 4" chrine/black steps on my '14 LT z71 w all star package. It looks awesome! I'll post pics in a bit!
  6. Hmm... I've read that the location where you mount the dsp amp is taken up by the adjustable pedals... Can anyone confirm this? Or, even better, has anyone with adjustable pedals installed the 400 system? Still unsure as to why I wouldnt be able to simply relocate it... Thanks in advance!
  7. sorry to necro this thread- would the kicker 400 upgrade (200w speaker amp, 200w sub amp, and sub) work with a 2014 crew cab all star edition w/adjustable pedals? The product description says it wont, but... I'm curious. If anyone has this setup, please let me know! Thanks!
  8. I picked up the 2014/2015 chevy accessory catalog... It is a dangerous, dangerous book to have in my possession haha
  9. Thanks for the summary! Well, then... I guess i'll check my build date
  10. I just got my truck on saturday and I was wondering why I couldn't see any of the popular stations in my area that I got reception for in my 1996 k1500... I apologize for not reading 45 pages (lol...), but has a tsb/recall been issued? Thanks!
  11. Just picked up my new baby yesterday! Today I created a list of things she's gonna need... Line-x bedliner, nerf bars, rear underseat storage, black grained mudflaps... That list will grow for sure haha
