  1. So I just started having this issue a couple days ago it started out of no where. It doesn't start till I hit the gas and when that happens the radiator fans run full blast and it stays that way after a few minutes after I shut my truck off. I changed the coolant temp sensor yesterday thinking that was the issue from reading other people having the similar issue and it hasn't changed. I haven't changed the thermostat cause I haven't had an engine light on, but maybe that's why? I have a 14' Sierra 1500 5.3
  2. Little over a month ago my engine light came up and got the code checked and was both Catalytic converters. Got both replaced and the guy at the shop told me that I had a third one and that GM did that based on where it was made (Mexico) not sure if that's true. Told him I didn't have time to get the third one done and would come back if the light came back up. So it did and went back and was told that even if I do the third one it won't fix the light. If that's the case does anyone know if you can just cancel it then? If not is that maybe the reason the lights still on? Besides that, I was told I just needed a gasket for the passenger side one cause that could be why the light came up in the first place cause its leaking air and would need to replace, but the driver side was fine but its already purple after a month. He told me the reason for that is either miss firing, running rich or just running it too hard. If that's the case wouldn't both turn purple or the passenger side wouldn't cause its possibly leaking between the gasket? Any help would be appreciated!
  3. Just the fender liner I left it at the stock level on the shock collar which is a little more than 2in, but going to go back to the shop to have them lower it some to raise the front. Because after a month on it the front is a tad lower than the rear now.
  4. No problem.. you just will need to trim the front fender wells.. Im gonna buy some wheel spacers to help also.
  5. Thanks man! I didn't add anything to it just put the shocks on.. Later on though I want to upgrade the control arms. I got the fronts on a 10% holiday discount from offroadwarehouse for $1425 and the rears I ordered from butches speed shop here in vegas for high $800. These are the fronts: http://www.ridefox.com/product.php?m=truck&t=shocks&p=10&make=GMC&model=Sierra%201500&year=2014-2014&position=Front&ref=willitfit#fitguide Rears: (for some reason though it's a different part number than what fox lists) http://www.ridefox.com/product.php?m=truck&t=shocks&p=7&make=GMC&model=Sierra%201500&year=2014-2007&position=Rear&ref=willitfit#fitguide Wheels - Methods Race Wheels 17" 101 Beadlocks Tires - BFG KM2 35" Shocks - I gave the link above. Thank you! I was kind of skeptic on going with 35's but liked it a lot after I put them on.
  6. Thanks.. ill get some up this week. Its about 2.5" and had to do some trimming but only rubs in reverse at about half way turned and then driving it only rubs when I'm half way or more and hit a deep bump.. it was level when I put it on but after driving on it for about a month the front is a tad lower than the rear. Just need to lower the collar on the spring to lift it up some.
  7. Here is my 14 Z71 4x4 Sierra with Fox front and rear shocks with 35" BFG KM2s on 17" Method 101 wheels.
