Go to the tire manufacturer's website and check their specs, they should have a recommended wheel width for the tire size. Will depend on the shop whether or not they will follow the "recommendation". Some shops are strict about it, because of legal reasons, and some aren't, as it's a "recommendation". It is probably safe, but when I tried to do it with Yokahama Parada Spec-X on my 9.5" Black Rhino wheels, Discount Tire would not install them because the Yokahama's minimum wheel width for that tire was 10". Pretty sure the Nitto 420 was the same. Move to a 20" diameter and 305's are fine. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk

For me, the biggest advantage of the spacer is it was that much less distance you had to tighten down the bolts. I didn't have access to air tools and was doing it by hand so would've taken a lot longer to tighten down the nuts, lol. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

The block isn't rubber, it's steel and nothing to cut. McGaugheys and Belltech shackles are exactly the same. You could relocate the block to avoid needing spacers, but not sure what that involves. May have iterference with the spring stud. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Belltech kit comes with spacers, I think it's part #6401. I have a 17 crew cab and it dropped mine exactly 3". My 14 crew cab only dropped 1.75" with 2" shackles. The block b/w the axle and springs is 1.25". Fender height on my 17 is within less than 1/4" all the way around. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

2" is the shackles, 3" is shackles and block removed. The 6401 kit comes with spacers so you can use the original U-bolts after blocks are removed. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

I did the Belltech 6401 kit, shackles and nut spacers for removing the block and I'm perfectly level, within ⅛" all the way around, on my 17 Crew Cab LT. Rides great, no issues, with stick size tires. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

I have the bell tech rear shackle with the block removed and rides no different than stock. Springs are the same, just slightly different attachment point. Not low enough to bottom out. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Belltech 6401 includes 2" shackles and spacers which allow you to use your existing U-bolts. On my 2017 Silverado Crew LT, fender to ground measurements are within 1/4" all the way around. I don't have pics on this phone, will try to find them to post. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Rush hour traffic in Atlanta getting on the freeway, any witness was gone 5 seconds later. Damage is on the front of her car and the side of mine, she says I turned into her. Physically no way that can happen, can only hope the adjuster can prove it. Trying to get traffic cam footage or statement from fire rescue unit as to the location of the vehicles before they had us move out of traffic, but officer hasn't called me back.
