  1. Will the tire rubbing on the sway bar cause issues over time? I find it difficult at times to avoid turning at full lock whether it be in parking lots, parking garages or other tight areas. '14, Crew Cab, Standard Bed
  2. Hutch - After running the spacers for a few months what is your impression? Also where did you purchase?
  3. Changed mine last night and it was nasty!! (15,000 miles) Thanks to this post I did the "leaf test" prior to re-assembling, and of course it made the horrendous noise. Fortunately, I was able to jam my hand in there to remove the leaf. Thank you.
  4. Try removing the am/fm antenna. Worked for me! See post from the 2500/3500 section: http://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/topic/163837-whistling-noise/page-5
  5. Thank you 2500/3500 section! I can also confirm that removing the am/fm radio antenna resolved with whistle sound. Thank god!!! After four trips to the dealer and hours of frustration the whistle is gone!
  6. Did some experimenting with blue painters tape, with assistance from a buddy. First taped up the front passenger doors, tested, rear doors, tested, etc, etc, etc until eventually every seal was taped (hood, windshield, windshield wipers, head lights, sun roof, onstar antenna...) while testing after each new area taped I could not get the whistle to go away or even change. Very strange. The only clue I have is that after spraying down my truck in the cold weather, the water froze, I drove home on the highway and that is the only time I did not hear the whistle. Here is a video on the whistle (excuse the poor quality also will need to turn on the volume a bit): http://vid1056.photobucket.com/albums/t365/adamboyd27/IMG_0670_zpscte63soq.mp4 Anyone have any ideas?
  7. Anyone here running the Race Sport 35w HID kit, or heard anything about them? Thanks
  8. Well two days later I finally got my truck back. The service writer insisted the wind noise was gone and even the service manager confirmed because he drove it. Proceeded towards the nearest freeway to get above 70mph and the whistle was there. Now tomorrow the service manager and I are going on a ride-a-long, oh joy. Time to find another dealer.
  9. Appointment with the dealer tomorrow (3rd trip), they insist it is the OnStar antenna. I personally don't think so, but we'll find out. My 9 hour road trip this past weekend was less than enjoyable with the whistle the entire way.

  11. Same problem, over 70 MPH wind whistle from driver and passenger side, extremely annoying. First time at the dealer they adjusting the doors, did not help. Second time at the dealer they said it is the OnStar antenna and I'm still waiting for them to special order it. Took my truck to a quarter car wash the other day to spray it down in 15 degree weather, obviously the water froze but I took the freeway on my way home and there was no whistle sound, even at 85 MPH. Seems to me that the frozen water helped seal the doors.
  12. Went back to the dealer this morning, now they feel the whistle is caused by the On-star antenna. Which they had to special order, and the saga continues...
  13. Was anyone able to get this resolved, either by dealer or body shop, by having them adjust the doors/striker bolt? Any tips? Picked my truck up from the dealer yesterday after they supposedly fixed the wind noise (and performed some other routine maintenance), needless to say I still have wind noise at around 70 MPH. Very irritating. Service document says "Adjust left and right front doors." '14 Sierra CCSB
