  1. I was able to load two updates on my wife's car in the year we owned it, guess I got lucky. I do agree Ford isn't much better but at least the feature to load your own software is there.
  2. I am kinda right there with you. It is easy for a company to market its infotainment system with all the future features and apps but apparently extremely hard to follow through with actual apps/features. What a load of crap. On top of that, I can't load my own updates at home? Come on GM, get your act together. I can download sync updates all day long from home and load them with a usb stick......
  3. This is one of the moments in life you question people's reasoning. To each their own but removing a rear slider make absolutely no sense. They aren't known to leak and if you don't like it, don't open it. Haha, why would you go to the trouble and expense to remove it?
  4. What are the concerns with fuel flow switching the 6.2L to flex fuel? The fuel system might be the same between the 6.2L and 5.3L but both motors require different amounts of fuel especially at wot. Just curious if you researched the pump in the 6.2L and whether you verified it could flow enough fuel for ethanol? Can the injectors support the additional fuel? You could run a BAP but you may sacrifice pump longevity or require power wire upgrade.
  5. You really find the small cubby hole of the other trim bezel useful enough to remove the trailer brake controller? I actually had to re-read your post because I cannot understand a situation where removing the controller would make sense.
  6. Having an opinion is not an issue but you need to present it in a constructive way. Lumping everyone together and claiming that they are making up vibrations because they can't afford the payment makes no sense. People have trucks that shake, dealers have acknowledged this. My dealer has had two other trucks vibrate and they certainly are not the only dealer seeing the issue. I am happy you have a smooth running truck but you have no reason to stereotype or bash others because their trucks have issues. Also, your argument gets worse if you can't construct coherent sentences in your posts.
  7. Hahaha, I am right there with you. I wanted to respond to the post but figured it wasn't worth the time. I am happy for people that have trucks that are smooth and operate normally. That doesn't mean mine doesn't vibrate like crazy and is not operating normally. I guess with 6 billion people on this planet, there will always be those few that really just don't get life in general. I especially love the comment about not being able to afford the payment.....
