I don't know about your state, but my state you have to go through the process of going through the BBB first and than you can get an attorney after the BBB hearing. -

jmckeone, Do not bother calling GM as they will not do anything for you. You are better off to call another dealer to look at it. Once you contact GM they will refuse to do anything for you at any dealership. Or you will get the response "it's working as designed". At least that is what happen to me. -

its hard to find out anything when GM refuses to work on my truck. I have been told time and time again that it is working as designed. It vibrates as bad as it always has. -

It's a crying shame we all have new vehicles and GM is picking and choosing who they work with and whose trucks they fix. Why?? We all want are trucks to be fixed. We all paid good money for the Trucks but it seems some of us have to take extreme measures in order to get our trucks fixed. Meaning BBB/Lawyer. -

Contacted BBB last week. Then next day GM calls wanting to know what they could do to help. 1 week later, Gm calls back and nothing they can do "it is at factory specs". Same as before. NO HELP! now I can not get the BBB to call me back to discuss the next step. I have called different times of the day, left messages and still have not received a call back. I guess I will need to contact a Lawyer at this point. Truck is still vibrating at 45-60 and I can not get anyone to look at it or work on it. Shame that I have to fight so hard to get something to work the way it is suppose to. Pay good money for a piece of JUNK. -

Sounds like to me some of you guys are getting your trucks fixed. I can not understand why GM is picking and choosing whose truck they work on. Seems like to me, GM would work to fix everyones truck. Instead people whose trucks are not being fixed are going to the BBB and/or getting a Lawyer. Being a life long GM customer, all I want is to have my truck fixed. But GM is refusing to fix my truck because they are stating this is Normal for a Z71. The guys that are getting your trucks fixed. How are you getting the dealership to help you with getting the problem solved? I can not get a dealership to help me get this fixed or even look at it and I have contacted GM's Customer Service with no help from them. -

I have a GMC 2014 1500, That shakes bad at 45-55mph. Then again at 65-70mpg. GM has looked at this truck 3 times. GM states this is normal for a Z71. Customer Service refuses to do anything for me on this truck. GM states "Vehicle Operating to Factory Specification". With 245 pages of this same issue from other GM customers. How is it Operating at Factory Specification? I have owned GM's for over 57 years and now they have turned their back on another life long customer, Who is looking to purchase another Brand after all these years. THANKS! GM/Customer Service for nothing.
