My cheap rig till I get my Colorado Duramax. The 4Runner is gone.

Sold my 4Runner and got a cheap little SUV. Cheap price and actually gets decent gas mileage for AWD. It's an 08 Suzuki Grand Vitara. Dealer shot. Haven't taken a pic at home yet. Got rid of the Runner to save cash for a Colorado.

I'm back browsing this forum. I just test drove a 2016 Duramax Colorado and looking to get rid of my Runner. Now to see real life reviews on it. What a fun little truck. They tried to sell me the last 2015 Silverado though, I was tempted.

The Silverado is gone and a 08 4runner sr5 4wd has taken its place. I averaged 21 mpgs yesterday and drove 180 miles and used only a third of a tank. The Silverado would be at below half a tank with that long of a trip.

Tahoe's too big. And honestly want to move away from GM vehicles and try other brands.

shhhhh don't tell her that. That's the only reason I'm not stuck buying a CRV. "fuel economy" is for her. I can afford the gas with no problem. We don't really need a truck anymore, but I refuse to buy a car. SUV or nothing.

Trading in my Silverado tonight. Don't shoot me, I'm buying an 08 4Runner SR5 4x4 with the 4L V6. My wife wants a cheaper on gas vehicle and I want a 4 wheel drive.

May be trading in my Silverado for a 04 Silverado 2500 with a 6.0L.

OK thanks. It was a serious pain with the drain bolt stripped and the gear linkage in the way of the drain pan.

Changed my tranny fluid and filter. That was a 5 hour experience I don't want to relive for 100k miles. ATF got everywhere on myself and the garage floor.
