Dealership says there is a hole in the side tank of my condenser. Replace Condenser + Evacuate & Recharge = $812 before tax

I hope I have the same luck as you. My A/C stopped working today while it was 101° outside. I have a 2014 Silverado with 53k miles. I can see the compressor running and see it stop when I turn off the A/C. Praying it only needs a recharge.

I had to actually call to submit the ticket. I pressed the onstar button and asked for level 2 tech support and explained what has been described above. I got transferred to IT. They submitted a ticket. Then someone from IT called me back in a day or two confirming the issue and indicated they are working on it. Few days later they left a voice message saying it was completed.

I finally got around to calling OnStar last week to enable the app. I told them everything you outlined and today they completed the update! Remote start now works via the app. Thanks again for the info.

I bought the same OEM Texas Edition 20s on Craigslist for $850. They had 2k miles and came with OEM tires. I got mine from a guy who just lowered his 2014 and bought 24s. There are tons of Texas Editions out here in Dallas and plenty of people who want bigger or off-road wheels.

Did you specifically ask the dealer to "re-flash and update the Onstar Module"? Or did they tell you they did it after?

I paid the dealer to install the Remote Start kit almost a year ago but I have no idea if they "re-flashed and updated the Onstar Module". Any way I could tell this? You think there is any harm in following your steps if they didn't due that task?

What was your total cost?
