Post your 2014+ wheel/tire set-up
FingerLakesAutomotive replied to BlueWrapper's topic in 2014-2018 Silverado & Sierra Mods
I had to trim the air dam a tad because of rubbing. I've seen others with no issues, but my setup having -44 offset wheels, makes it have some rubbing. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

I took the entire front end apart, removed the bumper, and removed the buckets that hold the factory fog assembly...just the light itself. I then put everything back on the truck. I built a bracket to hold the led bar from the top on the drivers side and bottom on the passenger side (to account for the way the wires ran)Drilled a little hole in the bucket to fit the bracket in and bolted it in. I'll have to take some pics the next time I have my front end apart. Hopefully when I'm installing my 7-9" McGaughys lift ;-) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

What truck? Crew? If so I'll trade Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
I purchased two 5 pin 12v 30/40a relays from the auto parts store and successfully hooked them up to give me turn and running lights to the amber LED. Simple connections: Pin 85 - Ground Pin 86 - turn signal (from truck) Pin 87 - DO NOT USE Pin 87a - To Amber LED on mirror Pin 30 - Running light (from truck) Once connected you are good to go!
