  1. I just went for the cheapest one and that was newgmparts.com. Funny though, I post here about how slow it's been and I just got tracking info like 10 mins ago. Still over a month.
  2. Plan on waiting at least a month. Ordered one 4/3/15, it came into the distro damaged and the reordered. It's still on order, I called and they said it's a backordered item with no ETA.
  3. Best way I've found is to pull the fuse panel off then pull firmly but slowly on the top above the left vent, it will release and do the same on the bottom.
  4. Do you have to have the DVD package for this or does it work with the basic SLE non nav?
  5. Did you seal it up with anything or push the grommet back in there with the wires going through? Just wondering what you did to waterproof it.
  6. You know they don't take the first hobo either, they qualify their hobos thus adds a day to processing. I also use Amazon Prime to avoid this. As for leaving the country it's probably on UPS and they have a big sort facitly that handles a bunch of southern cal stuff in Ontario, CA that part of the airport there. So maybe it's about to catch flight? Good news? Anyways I'm curious how the rockers look on the light/4wd panel. I do like the overhead rockers.
  7. I should have said it was one of my first dipping endeavers. It was 1 can black and 1 can glossifier and I did it 4 times with 4 coats each time because I kept over peeling. I'll probably do it again, sometime this summer and it'll be much better now that I have a lot more experience dipping.
  8. I dipped mine... had to do it 4x before I got it right and it's already starting to peel. That took 2 cans of dip so about $12. Really sucks getting to the 2nd to last or even last coat... ****ing it up and having to start over. Or worse getting to the peel stage and having to start over it wasn't until I got to the 4th try and 8th or 9th beer that I kinda got it right. There was a lot of precise taping and smooth quick rubbing to get it to peel right. I know I won't get the 4 hours of life back but I'm on the fence regaring how it looks. From a distance it's awesom, from close I go back and forth usually depending how many beers I've had.
  9. Thanks! I'll look at this for my Rigid fogs which I hope to throw in this weekend. Are you using the switch that comes with the Rigid lights or did you get a different one?
  10. Take them off, pick a color and dip them... you can always go back. Or you can order a set for ~$200 in whatever color you want... I flexidip'd mine gray - still don't match anything in the truck but they look good IMO.
