I have tried through my dealer and no luck soo far. They dontbhave to have a VIN usually. GM has changed the part numbers a lot. But a note from what my dealer said is that GM will not direct ship to a dealer. It goes to an outside party just for clusters
I would have never imagined it would be this long. I mean I can have a frame for my truck faster than that. Lol. If you hear anything about stock please let me know
Hmm. Was the one you got for a 16 LTZ Tahoe? I gave the part number you posted earlier which has changed since then but she said back ordered which sucks because they are 200 cheaper than my dealer wants
I just cant wait to get my cluster so I can send it to you guys GTPprix. I may call to see how it is tomorrow to see if cheaper than my dealer. Just hopefully they have kept up on the part number changes lol
I just looked on their website and found this one page that says, "...If you are not a dealer and would still like to make arrangements to purchase or service a radio or instrument cluster, please call us at:
National Toll Free Hotline (800) 545-7910"
I just wish I would have known about this before ordering from my dealer.
So as of right now I have been waiting 3 weeks for my cluster and was just told by my local dealer that theor supplier is saying it will be another 1-3 weeks. The part number has also change 4 times. What a pain. But I only want a new cluster for a 2016 Tahoe LTZ
I diid look up the wiring schematics and it should work. So I am gonna do some wire tracing today for the factory connector to see if there is by chance any loose wires
