Has anyone went through lemon law proceedings with GM? If my truck is not fixed completely when I get it back this time I am going to initiate the process. Any advice anyone can share would be greatly appreciated.

Ok... I will be bringing my truck back to the dealer. Not sure what they did besides put 107 miles on my truck! This the thing shifts terrible. Especially 1-2 ... If I let off of the gas then goose the throttle a bit the truck does not know what gear to go in and seems go into neutral? The truck revs up but I still slow down... I am getting a whole 10mpg around town... Then going from v4/v8 there is an odd clunk. Put it in 4x4 today and it has a loud whirl to it. This truck is $47k turd!!!

Probably just what enterprise or Avis had available. Atleast they got you a truck. They gave me terrain!

Got my truck back. However there was over 100 miles added to the odometer. Does that seem a bit excessive? How long was that test drive???

Just an update... Dealer is still waiting for parts... Approaching the 1 month mark since I dropped it off at the dealer...

Found this site researching problems with my truck... I am having issues with my 2014 Sierra. It's the 5.3L and has 5k miles on it. It is not shifting smooth. Gas mileage is awful getting about 15 highway & 10 around town. The v4/v8 transfer is sometimes a violent transaction. Also have had the truck get stuck in v4 mode. Truck started shaking terribly upon acceleration. I had to shut it off and on again. Well I brought my truck to the dealer 2 weeks ago. They tell me I blew out the cat and it clogged the resonator and I broke something in the rear differential. They keep telling me they can't find parts but when they are able to locate parts it will be about a week to get the parts in. Possibly an ECU issue also... Getting frustrated...
