  1. I wouldn't let them keep mine. I drove the loaner long enough for them to diagnose and order my antennae (6 hours) then "patiently" waited 3 weeks for the part to come in and be painted. Install took about 2 hours and im happy to say so far the repair is holding. Bad rains and snow for the last week and its still working as advertised! Fingers crossed it stays that way. No way I was leaving my brand new 2015 Denali on their lot for 3 weeks! 2015 Sierra 1500 Denali
  2. OnStar gave me an extension of their services upon request with zero hassle... Oh, and once your trial expires tell them their prices are too steep to continue service and they will bring those down vice allowing you to disconnect! Did this on my last two trucks and haggled the price down both times. 2015 Sierra 1500 Denali
  3. **Update** Antenna (the little sharkfin on top) replaced today and GPS, Navi and compass are working as they should! 2015 GMC Sierra Denali
  4. Mine was diagnosed as a faulty antenna. Part should arrive in a couple of days, will update eveyone if this fixes my problem! 2015 Sierra 1500 Denali
  5. Thanks for the update! Hopefully my appointment tomorrow goes as smoothly. 2015 Sierra 1500 Denali
  6. I am having the same problem, what's weird is that even though the OnStar light on my mirror is red, and my GPS has the red slash, I can connect to OnStar and they can, pinpoint the location of my truck; although the display shows me about 30 miles away from my actual location... To the dealer I go!! 2015 Sierra 1500 Denali
