So last night a car decided to cut me off just before a red light and required me to wait to make my right hand turn lol. In a hurry, I decided to get reallllly close to his bumper and make sure he saw my turnsignal in his mirrors. While I was waiting the whole 8 minutes (this intersection is ridiculous) I noticed that when my signal would light, my headlights would dim or flicker. Is this normal? Added: I know there was a recall or "update" for the headlamps but don't know if it applies to my '15 LTZ. Thanks.
