  1. quick trick, tell them you priced it a few months ago and you were quoted 779 then. They upped it awhile back, but Morrie gave me 779 because i brought it up. the more you know, right?
  2. not trying to split hairs, but i think it is "there" so to speak, the dealer just has to turn it on. Next time you are there for anything mention it to the service writer and i'm sure they will turn it on for you for free, thats what i plan on doing and it cant take them more than 10 minutes.
  3. found this in another thread: Afterblow Afterblow is a feature that dries the evaporator core by operating the blower motor after the engine is turned OFF. This reduces the amount of microbial growth that can create undesirable odors. The vehicle does not come equipped with the afterblow feature turned ON. If the afterblow feature is required due to an odor concern, it must be enabled using the scan tool Afterblow configuration function. After the HVAC control module has been programmed for afterblow, the following conditions must be met for afterblow to operate: The engine has been turned OFF for at least 30 minutes. The ambient air temperature is at least 21°C (70°F). The A/C compressor operated for more than 2 minutes before shut down. The system voltage is at least 12 volts. Once the above conditions have been met, the blower motor will perform the following sequence up to 5 times. This could last up to an hour: The blower motor will be OFF for 7–11 minutes. The blower motor will RUN for 25–30 seconds.
  4. Replace the filter, that's 90% of the problem most of the time. I was told it was in the Manual but I haven't personally checked, I will when I get off of work P.s. Make sure the dealer doesnt drop a bunch of leaves in your AC blower like mine did
  5. ask your dealer to look at it; if they come back and find nothing then ask them to turn on the afterblow feature. It is in the manual.
  6. Roll x / revolver x2 owners... How has it held up over time? do you still love it or wish you made another choice? i have read through the thread but am about to make a purchase and seeing how it costs more than my rent i figured id ask!
  7. has anyone had any problems with wind noise after leveling their truck? i have a rc 2inch level and when theres a cross breeze on the highway it makes this crazy wind noise now
  8. yeah i've got to have a water proof one, i really liked the paragon because it can be easily removed but if it doesnt keep 95% of water out its a non starter
  9. how does it do with water intrusion? and do you like it?
  10. how do you like them? what beam pattern did you go with? edit... just saw that theyre dot.
  11. I wouldnt think so, as they are seperate. But remember you are messing with the trucks computer "Brain", so they could try to void some electronic issues. Like I said, they have to prove it and black bear has tuned many, many gm trucks/suvs/ect. FYI: it is possible that GM can detect these tunes with a flash counter, and ultimately it is up to you whether or not to take the risk. I do not personally know if they have the capability or not, and so I messaged blackbear and hope to get a response. I think the risk of catastrophic engine failure is low, but you best believe that, if it does happen, GM will take a very close look at your truck. A member on here had his engine fail, and they tried to deny his warranty claim over a cold air intake. He eventually got it all figured out but it took some fighting
