  1. Sorry you're not able to get the correlation..... eye roll.....
  2. Yeah, I made the "mistake" of taking this truck for a test drive while I was getting an oil change. Couldn't stop thinking about it after that!
  3. Yes, I tuned it with a DiabloSport I2, which is now for sale!! The shifting improved, but not nearly as good as this Ram shifts. Not enough time in the seat yet to offer an opinion on gas mileage. It's really hard to keep your foot out of it when it pulls so hard and smooth! Ha!
  4. I traded off my 2015 Sierra for a 2016 Ram Rebel. Overall, the Sierra was a very nice truck with the exception of: *Rough shifting 6 speed transmission *Absolutely horrendous headlights that they refused to take care of. The combination of the Hemi 5.7L with the 8 speed automatic is absolute magic! On top of it, the ride is very smooth with the air suspension. Not putting down my Sierra, but as far as driving satisfaction goes, the Ram is the winner. Hope everyone has good luck with their trucks, and I enjoyed my time here on this forum.
  5. Here is a link to the exact kit I bought: https://www.theretrofitsource.com/all-products/2014-sierra-morimoto-elite.html?carDisplay=2015%2BGMC%2BSierra&preselect=51812%2C50527%2C47338%2C48753%2C48136&preselect_restrict=1
  6. Ok, so I did some driving in the dark last night after getting my HID kit installed. I'm happy to report that my ridiculously bad headlights are now a thing of the past! Why the hell didn't I do this sooner?
  7. Same exact experience here. Just had the Morimoto HID Kit installed. Went with the 35w model. Installer just called, and said it went very well. Can't wait until it gets dark, and I can see if my crap headlight problem is gone.
  8. No way they would do it. I provided them with info from another dealership in Wisconsin that did this for one of their customers. I was then advised that "A lot of people got in trouble over that", and they refused to do it. Tired of trying to get them to do something about it, so I'm going aftermarket.
  9. I tried that approach. The dealership and GM both said "no way".
  10. Can you link this kit? I'm not seeing it on their site.
  11. Man, my brain is cramping from trying to figure out what to do with the crap headlights of my truck. Can you post links to where you bought all the items that you are using? I tried to get GM to help me out with this issue, but to no avail. Thanks.
  12. Thanks! No complaints whatsoever! After researching all different level lifts, I couldn't see any advantage of spending more for what is essentially a block of material. Some are made of plastic, and I didn't want to go that route. My $39 lift kit works just great, and after considering all, I think 2" is the way to go. Really love these tires too. Very agressive looks, without the harshness and noise of "mud tires". The worked awesome in the snow this winter, even though we didn't get much this year!
  13. I just got a call from GM on my complaint. They are contacting the dealership that I am taking it to tomorrow. I'll advise...
  14. Thanks! I REALLY hope this works. I'm so sick of my suck ass headlights! Also, I'd like to get matching LED bulbs for my driving lights too. What size do I need for those? Thank you!
