    Ahhh you caught me. Re-Looked up in the manual and pressing the buttom again only stops them from going down all the way, not back up. Thanks for the correction.

    You can, just press and then press and hold down the unlock button. To raise the window back up, repeat with eh lock button same as the mirror pull in.
