I don't buy that it drops to zero after a year. I have a 2015 Sierra Denali with about 2700 miles on it. I need to change it now, but my OLM still says about 30 percent and I have never changed the oil. Bought it last Aug,

Wish I knew. There are multiple threads on it though, and it's mentioned here as well as on the consumer complaint site (again, referenced in one of these threads). -

Sure - Some dealerships have apparently converted/installed the 2016 headlamp assemblies into 2014/2015 trucks in response to customer complaints regarding poor lighting. My question is basically - how did they do it, and did it work right? -

Looking at doing this on my 2015 Denali. Question is - "What is the dealer doing for a harness when they convert people under warranty/" I know the Gen5 harness is mentioned as an option but I am assuming two things for the installs the factory is doing under warranty: 1. That all features and functions work as they should - to include DRL. I imagine it would be a further liability issue if GM was to install these otherwise. 2. They are certainly not using the Gen5 harness, so how are they getting it to work with the 2016 lights? Anybody have any thoughts? -
'Interior Driver Assist Handle'
toro1966 replied to tenx82's topic in 2014-2018 Silverado & Sierra Mods
Just installed. Looks great and cost $40 shipped. The clip and tether on the old one was a PITA but other than that, worked fine. Great and cheap, practical addition! -

Just bought one of these yesterday. Should be here early next week. Had one on my last truck and definitely miss it. -
2016 Silverado/Sierra 1500 tow mirrors?
toro1966 replied to fedmogul89's topic in 2014 - 2019 Silverado & Sierra
Tw Two questions for you: 1 - How do I tell what the type of of mirrors I have stock is? DL8, etc. I have a 2015 Sierra Denali with the power and powerfold mirrors. 2 -do you have the part numbers of the mirrors and harnesses you purchased from GM direct? Thanks! -

Assuming you are installing yourself, hit me up if you have any questions. Time consuming but not that difficult an install. -
Beautiful truck - of course I'm partial to blue too And the AMP powersteps cannot be beaten The truck just looks so much cleaner without those big bulky steps on the sides - and more importantly - they actually work!

You can go on camelcamelcamel.com and put in a target price and it will alert you when the price gets there. It will also show you the price over time. -

Think I paid 1060 from Amazon with prime shipping with plug and play. -
Hey guys - how do you remove the upper dash part - closest to the window that goes the width of the truck. Does that make sense? I search for a you tube video or manual reference and couldn't find one. Thanks!
