I had almost the same problem, but mine wouldn’t work in auto either. Ended up being a thrust washer in the front diff. Parts were cheap but diff has to come out/apart. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I have a 2010 Sierra 1500 4x4 slt that’s in rough shape. Lots of dents and dings. The box is caved in on one side. I picked up a wrecked 2011 with all the same options for cheap planing to use the box and doors. The interior of the wrecked truck is in way better shape than mine, so I’m thinking of just moving the whole cab over.
