Ok Star1018 I think our problem was tightening everything up with an impact, we seem to have the same issue and its starting to make sense. Most is fine to tighten with an impact but like Jenga said the sway bar needs to be evenly at 17 ft/lbs, because it gives when turning. I'll give it a try tomorrow and see if it helps. thanks Jenga!

and from what I can tell with my ears is that it is only happening on the right side when sitting in the drivers seat

That's what I was thinking, I'll double check but I tightend them with an impact. I was thinking the cv axes may be causing it, but when I engage 4wd it doesn't make any noises and is working fine.

Has anyone had this problem after the install of the leveling kit? I installed it myself and did everything correctly, tightend everything up good. The noise isn't too loud, and doesn't seem to be a big issue so far. I am just bugged by this noise and want to fix it. It happens when I go over bumps and turning and usually only when i'm going slow. Never happened before the leveling kit so I know that's what its from.
