  1. Anyone having steering problems with a 6.0 gasser that does not have the digital steering option? To the ones that have problems are they a certain build date or where they built have anything to do with it?. Just wondering... FYI none to report yet on my 15 HD with 19,000 on it. Mine is a late build 15 built at theFt. Wayne Indiana plant. Just don't want it going out pulling a 33' TT. Thanks in advance.
  2. Anyone having this issue with the new 2500-3500 HD's with the 6.0?. Was just wondering if it's a 1500 only issue.
  3. FYI. Mine is a 2015 Z/71 gas ext cab short bed 2500 Ft Wayne built. No steering problems 23,000 miles.
  4. I'm on here for a friend that doesn't own a computer & found this long thread for him. He bought a brand new Flint built CC LTZ Duramax last fall & asked if I had crazy steering issues & I reported no problems with my Ft. Wayne built 15 HD gasser like he has. He is taking his to the dealer again tomorrow to have it looked at & have it checked. It was in a few months back for the same thing & they said it was air in the steering lines? It has 23,000 miles on it now, I have since gave him what I found on here to show his dealer with the TSB. BTW his dealer has always treated him good. Anyway, thanks again for all the great info & will keep you posted.
  5. ^^Had the Air Lift bags on my 14 1500 & they worked great. I found that around 35 lbs. was the sweet spot on my heavy arse TT, it was still too much & had to go with an HD, keep an eye on your rear axle weight limits even with the bags, I found on mine I was over & would void my warranty, now back to tungsten met paint fans....
  6. ^^^That's a perdy truck sits just right! love them rims!
  7. Got a late build Z/71 2015 1/2 2500 HD, traded in a 14 1500 same color, half ton struggled pulling our TT, love that tungsten met. Only a few pics of it in my gallery hooked up to our 31' TT. will try & post recent pics. if it ever stops raining.
  8. ^^Thanks block8head for the instructions, just installed this kit on my 2015 HD. I found on mine it was easier to drop the spare to get to the plug in on the harness with the big hitch on the HD it was tight up in there. Got mine on ebay 75.00 shipped without instructions,, best deal I could find at the time. Thanks again!
