  1. I had the worst issues with that kit, I documented the problems and TRS made it right. The XB fogs have been a champ but they need to HTFU with a complete XB headlight setup for these trucks like they did the F150.
  2. Same issue in the same spot. Passengers ask every time they get in the truck.
  3. I don't have the dims since I paid someone else to make it, the shop was surprised they got a DVC in there so I think they might be excited to market more of these. Now the volume is huge actually since it clears the transmission hump I'd say it has 30% more than prefab boxes that have separate chambers for single voice coil subs.. Those are generally .6 cuft per chamber so I'm going to say the 2 subs share 1.8-2.0 cuft of airspace. One thing to keep in mind.. The subs have to breathe, can't stress that enough..
  4. The secret sauce for fitting this large of a sub is the recesses on the top since there is space hiding underneath the bench, you can kind of see those in the 2nd picture. The 3rd just shows the enclosure on its side to how long the sides need to be to allow the subs to throw without hitting the carpet. And lastly the amp is tucked up behind the bench (plenty of space there to mount)
  5. I really wish I could have installed W7s but I've never had 8's, not sure if that's what I would want. Plus with kids I wouldn't trust those cones not to get kicked facing out like that.
  6. I just had it installed Wednesday, taking it back in next week to have the PLC2 "bass control knob" installed in the spot where 3 USBs sit in the console. I pushed my shop to get the largest 10" they could in there, they thought they couldn't get a P2 but they did... It costs a fortune to ship a prefab box, mine only cost $170 after all said and done. I'll take some photos today.
  7. I had a custom box built to hold 2 Rockford Fosgate 10" P2 dual voice coil subs under the rear seat with a 1000 watt amp (wired to 1ohm). Its the largest sub we can get under the rear seat, any larger will rub on the carpet, I was slightly disappointed we couldn't get a P3 in there. To get more bass would require porting the cab with the bed.
  8. 275/60/20 will rub in reverse at full lock 285/65/20 will rub
  9. Took your advice 6 years ago and bought Sears' best Die Hard rig for $150... No one tells you those devices DO NOT work on batteries that are completely drained, which makes them worthless. We used the air pump on occasion but The cheap build resulted in the connector breaking within a year.
  10. The 2nd day I owned my 2015 All Terrain I programmed in the 6.8mi drive to my office, there were 3 MAJOR errors in the mapping. One error was attributed to an interstate name change dating back to 2012. I was so pissed, then I found out that GM disabled the HD radio (advertised feature on the window sticker) and the iPhone interface was handicapped. Just unacceptable. I called the intellilink support line and they were less than worthless. I asked then for a map update at least, GM declined and said I could ask the dealership and hope they give it to me on goodwill (aka make the dealer pay for it) which is chickenshit if you ask me... The dealer did their job, GM set the expectation with the consumer.
  11. So it's actually in my signature line.... But I'll assume you are on mobile. It's a 2.25" readylift level on 275/60/20s
  12. You have about 21" of clearance under the tonneau cover. Home Depot has the best option for a mobile job box that is water tight and can be padlocked however it is too tall (23"). http://thd.co/1nnJUvh The next best option is this thing. You can tuck 2 side by side between the wheel wells under a locking tonneau. http://thd.co/1kXPIKP
