  1. It was a Sunday afternoon. I think people were doing other things. I was ready to spend $350. Almost had it for $125 but someone bid at the last min. Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk The one I received from that seller was complete with bracket and all the bolts. Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk
  2. https://m.ebay.com/sch/i.html?isRefine=true&sid=brenco30&isRefine=true&_pgn=1&_mwBanner=1 I was able to find a complete console on ebay. If the upper tray isnt your color there are plenty of people that would buy it from you. Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk
  3. Completely different Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk
  4. Bummer! That seems like a bit of wasted space now.
  5. Did the cup holders change in the newer consoles? I can't remove them to access the bin below. I have to remove the entire upper tray assembly. Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk
  6. WOO HOO Now that is a deal! $238.18 for a complete console including shipping!!! Could care less about the wireless charging lid but whatever! Still stoked. http://www.ebay.com/itm/152684375008?_trksid=p2471758.m4703
  7. The console only comes in Black or Cocoa. The upper trim ring comes in multiple colors depending on your current accent color. WT's have jet black trim pieces while other models have contrasting colors. Unfortunately Jet Black isn't an option.
  8. I'm not sure of the gauge size on the wire but if it's 18G is safe for approximately 10A. 12Vx10A=120W. The lights that came with the kit probably are less than 20W each. For reference others have added additional lights to the existing harness to increase the bed lighting to 4 lights with no issue. The fuse for the circuit should pop long before that wire gets to the point of failure. Sent from my BlackBerry Priv. The power of Android combined with the security of BlackBerry.
  9. Should come with the cup holder. The trim piece seems to always lack the cup holder on the ones for sale on ebay.
  10. The Denali says "Denali" on the console I believe is the only difference. Sent from my BlackBerry Priv. The power of Android combined with the security of BlackBerry.
  11. Once you take the airbag off you will see that the airbag wires connect directly to the airbag and go thru the clockspring to wiring on the other side. This is basically how the heated portion of the wheel works. There is a pigtail for the heat element coming from the clockspring to connect to the module on the wheel. The control wiring problem lies in the 10pin connection to the harness in the wheel.
  12. I don't think you will have any issues with the clock spring. The only difference between the 2 is the addition of 2 wires that go to the heated wheel plug. The 10 pin connection is a straight thru to a 10 pin on the other side. I think the issue comes about with the cruise only module you have 4 buttons and the light and 10 pins. When you get to the full function wheel you have 14 buttons and the light. So there is probably reverse polarity signaling etc to indicate which buttons are being pushed. Which also leads me to believe the reason my light doesn't work is because the negative(or positive) for the light is on a different pin than before. I haven't had a chance to compare harnesses in detail. I didn't have any clear pics of the full function harness to compare to the WT harness and the upfitter manual didn't show wheel harnesses just the clock spring wiring. If you want to see if the buttons and such work without buying a wheel there is a harness and wheel controls(minus the finger buttons) that a member removed from his wheel because the light didn't work on the cruise. Maybe he will be willing to send to you for experimentation? Look back a few pages. Sent from my BlackBerry Priv. The power of Android combined with the security of BlackBerry.
  13. Have you asked GM navigation if the signals from the steering wheels come through the data bus or BCM prior to the radio? I upgraded from the IOB radio to the alpine x110-slv. I was hoping the idatalink module would intercept the steering wheel controls and send them to the alpine head unit but it doesn't work that way. I think since I don't have the BCM programmed for the wheel the signals aren't making a complete circuit. I'll probably pull the wheel control harness and swap it back out for the WT harness sod that I have light in the cruise control module. Sent from my BlackBerry Priv. 14. If you want the heated wheel you will need a new clock spring. Sent from my BlackBerry Priv. The power of Android combined with the security of BlackBerry.
  15. I have a WT as well but I had the power heated mirrors already. I think I saw a thread about adding power mirrors to a truck. Do you have power windows and door locks? The reference sheet doesn't show it for non power mirrors, but who knows what is possible if you have the authorization code? The mirrors and harness will set you back close to $900. For more info http://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/topic/153826-tow-mirrors/ There are a couple of other guys on here looking to do the same thing. http://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/topic/183779-2015-silverado-upgrade-from-none-to-power-mirrors/?hl=add+power+mirrors&do=findComment&comment=1775868 http://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/topic/185105-base-2014-gmc-sierra-can-you-add-power-mirrors/?hl=add+power+mirrors You will need a door switch as well, there may be a couple from the guys upgrading their mirrors to the powerfold tow mirrors that may part with their original switch. There is also a guy on the page about the powerfold mirrors that may be able to get you everything you need to make it work in a non-power mirror truck. Doesn't hurt to ask. http://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/topic/164349-201415-hd-powerfold-oem-tow-mirrors-the-ones-weve-been-waiting/ You can also visit his web page http://oempartsdirectinc.com/and ask him about the mirror upgrade. He took a day or two to answer my email as he is a one man show.
