I’m not sure if they are remote foldable? With the folding mirror button, they fold / unfold with a push of a button. Yes they have turn signals built into mirrors on the mirror portion. Yes they will will fit a ‘14-18 Silverado / Sierra. May fit +’19, but I’m not 100% sure.
