  1. Got on Tire Buyer. They were $673 minus the $70 rebate I'll be getting so $603. Mount, balance, install was $68. They look great. Have a little noise too them but not bad considering the tread pattern. Online pictures don't do them justice.
  2. Decided not to wait and went with Falken Wildpeaks At3W. Got a set of 275/60/20 for under $700 with $70 rebate. Got mounted today and they look great!
  3. No old SR-A's are wore, that's why I need new shoes. Found out the Revo 3"s are on backorder till mid June so may have to go with something else.
  4. I had the tire shop set toe in at -0.12 left and-0.13 right. Factory setting was .05 and .05. Will see what happens. In desperate need for new tires now. Asked if tire guy could turn my tires on the rim so wore side is opposite of where it is and would not do. Would like to monitor where on these old tires a bit. Maybe flop backs to fronts.
  5. What is everyone running over factory specs for front end alignment? The level kit manufacturer says to run factory specs but that has lead to cords showing on the outside edge of tires. Anyone have or remember what there setting were as far as toe in and camber? Need new tires and the alignment guys said the best they can do is trial and error, adjust and check in a few thousand miles.
  6. Has anyone tried out the new Revo 3 tires? Looking at running 285 60/R20 on a 2" level, factory rims. Having some issues with getting the front end aligned but that is in another thread. Manufacturer of level kit saws to run factory specs and well, I'm in specs and have cords showing on the outside edge of tires.
  7. Took truck back in for vibration and they listened to me this time. Test drove again and felt vibration. Doing a tranny flush and possibly replacing torque converter per GM recommendation. Also got shim kit installed for drive seat movement, tranny TCM update, airbag/seatbelt recall taken care of and front end alignment.
  8. I have the exact same truck and mileage as you and had mine in yesterday for a bunch of warranty work. They did the 8 speed tranny tune upgrade and that has helped the shifting/searching issue so far but as soon as I pulled out of dealership I noticed my vibration exactly as you describe. Watch your tach when you get the vibration and see if it jumps about 200. I have a level kit and the tech said the vibration was due to tire issues. I call BS and does not explain the tach flutter or the fact it goes away on deceleration. My guess is torque converter just need dealer to see it that way. Good luck, I'll update when/if I get a fix.
  9. This is where I'm at. Got the TCM upgrade and that appears to help the searching of gears but have the shudder under acceleration. The tach jumps about 200 rpm and you can really feel it in the steering wheel. Dealer said he felt vibration on test drive but blamed my tires and 1" lift. I asked why would the tach flutter then and he didn't have an answer. Will be bringing truck back in. Was your tranny fluid dark? I haven't checked mine yet.
  10. Had my '16 GMC in for numerous issues. They did the TCM upgrade for the 8 speed and that seems to have helped the searching for gears but they blew off my vibration issue and blamed it on tires or possibly the upgrade may solve the problem. Half mile down the rode felt vibration. Mine occurs on acceleration and the rpm's jump about 200. Steering wheel vibrates but can feel in the seat too. Explained this before I dropped the truck off but apparently the dealer didn't notice this. Totally thinking this is the torque converter but what do I know.
  11. I had a pair of RBP steps just like this (relabeled NFabs) and had the exact same issue. Stated that they had a three year finish warranty and mine had rust on the welds in less than six months and my truck was garaged and hardly used. Contacted RBP and was ignored. Rusted through in less than three years, poor $500 investment but that first 6 months they looked great. Anyone make a stainless nerf step powdercoated black?
