  1. This is my favorite low cost update to my truck. I just wanted to share it here for others. I hope this helps others save some money and can enjoy it as much as I do.
  2. I originally made this video on how to install wireless charging in the console. I want to add some type of magnets to hold the phone in place i have noticed that some time if i stop suddenly or go down a long hill the phone will slide forward any one have any suggestions on how to get some supper powerful magnets that i can put in the rubber pad or some other idea. i would love to hear any suggestions. https://youtu.be/-MNLWAk9bqA
  3. Wireless Charging is one great mod you can do for under $50 or less if you just have an old wireless charger laying around that you got with your phone it can be even cheaper. Here is a video on on how to do it. it will only take about 15 - 30 minutes to do. Here is the Link
  4. Here is the garage door opener how to video looks factory. Ebay is where i got the homelync i think it came from an old cavalier sun visor or something.
  5. For me wireless charging and garage door opener remote in the console the best 2 affordable modifications i think you can do under $50. I like the Plasi Dipe bowties so that is a must. here are some of the links to the how to that i used. i have not been here in a while and now i have some inspiration for new modifications on my truck that won't break the bank. thanks to all that contribute to this posting.
  6. I did the Plasi Dip Black Bow Tie. used some drawer liner to make it look like carbon fiber. I have had allot of people ask me to repose this for others so here it is. i hope this helps others or at last inspire people to do this project.   7. we i decided to get outside today and get some projects done. took the silverado to the lubber store to pick up some materials. it took me long enough but I finely finished my epoxy floor here is a link to how I did it. Thanks for the inspiration i saw people on the forum doing the homelink add on so it inpired me to do a video on how i did it. i paid $9 for the part and it was easy. to do. hope that this can help someone in here with their project.   11. after i saw your question i decided to make a video to share with people that want to put wireless charging in there car or truck mine is a 2015 silverado DIY wireless induction charging Chevy, GMC Truck $13 or less i posted the video on yourtube with no adds so enjoy and if you install one share it like i did.
  12. i feel like i am on the same boot with you every time i read a page of post i feel like i am hearing my self explain what is going on with my truck except one thing. my vibration started from day one with the first mile. i have even had 4 sets of tires put on the truck in 2 weeks. my truck is 2015 z71 4x4 LT. is there a fix for this yet i bought 2 Chevy on the same day and i am miserable. my wife will not ride in the truck because it gives her a migraine from the vibration.
