Help with torque pro app on my 3.0 Duramax
sloz71 replied to sloz71's topic in 2019-2025 Silverado & Sierra
Just want to monitor it when towing so I can see when the exhaust brake is working. Sometimes you can't even feel it. -

Anyone on here familiar with the android app called torque pro? I'm trying to figure out what to enter for a custom pid for monitoring the turbocharger vain position. Anyone able to point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance

My Valentine V1 has saved me plenty of times. It goes off with plenty of time to slow down, when they use KA or K band radar. only way Im screwed is if they use laser, in that case no detector is fast enough.

I use the power source for the passenger seat belt sign in the over head console. Not sure what wire colors I used. I tested them with a volt meter and seen which wires had power with the key on.

I had a upper a arm loose at the frame. Made a popping noise. Tightening it up fixed mine.

Mine does it when I pull out from my friends street. You can hear the inside tire scooting on the asphalt. I don't even worry about it.

This is true. And they hate when you troubleshoot for them. The problem with this issue is at least on my truck was it never a daily occurrence. It usually did its thing in the summer and after the BCM got hot. Usually 30 or so minutes into a trip. Some days it didn't. So they'll say they could not duplicate it. -
This is a normal occurrence with direct injection engines

You can. But I bet they tell you problem cannot be duplicated.
