2014+ Truck Bed / Tonneau Covers

I am curious to see how this goes. I have a FAC G4E. I like it. I have some leaks that I can't seem to get rid of. But luckily it is mostly car wash issues. Since we don't get a lot of rain in PHX. -

I did it the Chevy CAI for the same reason. I am happy with it. -

I didn't on mine. I didn't see the point. I just cranked really good on the stock ones. I really haven't had a issue. I went through 3 different phone mounts (mostly crappy vent clips) when I saw another member here with the Panavise and ProClip set up and decided it was the way to go. I am very happy with it. I did it to install a Panavise mount also. It is very hard the first time. Make you have some of those plastic trim removing tools. The clips will be very tight to break free the first time. It feels like you could crack or break the bezel at times. And if you aren't slow and patient you just might. It was scary when the tougher clips finally broke free. Upon subsequent removals to make adjustments some of them were much easier to break free. Right tools for the job is key. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

I have had mine coming up on a year for mine and I am very happy with it. Even though I get some leaks after a car wash. I can't get it totally sealed up for some reason. Luckily in PHX we don't see a lot of rain so I can't really complain. -

He must have a great claims adjuster or one that needs glasses. Where is all the white paint on the front damage? -

There are some large gaps in the front of these K2 beds. I filled mine with weather stripping and then covered it with a black water proof calk or epoxy. I had some bad "car wash leaks" after installing my F-A-C G4 Elite. It helped a lot. -

So the 3 hole is enough to get a good grip to close them. The site recommends 4 hole for larger vehicles and trucks. Thanks in advance. -

Nothing too exciting. I have been looking for this type of solution since April when I picked up my truck. My previous vent clips/mounts that worked on my Avalanche horizontal vents didn't cut the mustard on the 2016 vertical vents. Plus in Phoenix in the summer you really need your FULL VENT!! So I will be ready for summer next year. Thanks to pgamboa for sharing his similar project a few pages back. It is just the Chevrolet "Performance Exhaust" - Part # 23462045 I thought about doing the Catback Duel out the side but just decided to keep it simple, and not void warranty, but get a little more growl.
