  1. still have your headlights for sale with the projector retrofit?

  2. Anyone interested in buying a set of FX-Rs? Will come with the HID bulb (not DS4) and harness. No ballast. $150 plus shipping. Was mounted in a 2014 Silveraldo for about a month.
  3. I have posted a few times but I'm ready to deal on these headlights. They are new in GM boxes GM projector headlights with FXR projectors and Morimoto HIDs. Had them in the truck about two weeks then traded truck. Each headlight was $500 plus the FXR projectors and HIDs so I have $1300. Will sell for $600 plus shipping.
  4. I am willing to let go for a significant discount but not going to give away $1300 headlights. Can post pictures if needed.
  5. I still have the brand new GM 2015 GM projector headlights with the retro installed and HIDs for sale. You will be amazed at the lighting difference !!
  6. Just as a reminder to anyone looking for a FXR upgrade on there Silverado. I have a brand new set of GM projector headlights with the FXR retrofit already installed. Still in the GM boxes. I paid $1300 for everything but willing to deal. Had them on the truck for a week then traded it in for a new SRT Challenger. Pulled the lights and put the stockers back in.
  7. I decided to trade my Silverado in for a new SRT Challenger but before I did I removed the brand new projector headlights with the FRX kit installed so if anyone is interested pm me. I've got $1300 invested in these but my loss could be your gain.
  8. Yes it works great and does fit under the cap. Thank you Josh for sending me that instead of the bigger ones.
  9. Ok I finally finished my FRX install but tell me if this looks right. To me the right light doesn't look as bright as the left or maybe it's because it's blending with the left..
  10. Well I finally got the projectors in and now onto the HID kit. First off there are a lot wire harnesses, will I use them all? Oh and the wires coming out of the projector with the plug that you have to assemble.. What will that plug into? I think but not 100% sure that those two wires need to be spliced with the high beams to activate the shutter is that right? But I still have too may male plug ends and not enough female??
  11. Hey that's ok we all have things to do I understand but thanks for replying now though. Question, see how I have the bolts through the spacer then with a nut? I did that to keep them there and so they would not spin as I'm tightening the other nut after it goes through the housing. Well that is where I was having problems, the bolts stuck up too far not allowing clearance but from the link posted about showing how to do it I guess you do NOT put nuts on them like I did but rather leave then loose and hang down thus allowing more clearance to maneuver the light into position. Right?

  13. Yes!! That is what I was looking for thank you so much. I was doing it the way they show except I threaded the bolt from the bottom through the spacer put a nut on it then through the light housing. It says right there to leave the bolts loose for extra room. Bingo! Thanks again!
