  1. Hey does this fuse location work when the vehicle is remote started? If not do you know one that is? Im sick of having no heated seats (dealer ship keeps wanting me to throw money at it) so im buying an after market one.
  2. Got a 1500 with 40k miles on it. Not sure if its going hand in hand but as it gets colder the knocking/popping seems to get significantly worse. Sounds like its coming from the control arms especially at low speeds / turning into parking spots. I even brought it to the dealer and told them do whatever they need to fix it (figured at least tie rods + ball joints) and they said they can't find anything wrong! Im pretty worried because Ive had cars have ball joints go and its super dangerous. Any one else had this issue? I don't see any ice chunks or any thing visible out of place
  3. Thanks for the battery idea, however I dont think it would have anything to do with the HVAC fan blowing (decently hard too) but I will probably replace my battery as it is around that age, And thank you I will check that out!
  4. Ive been noticing lately even if I shut my HVAC completely off it still blows air (hot or cold). Whats the point of having a power off button if it doesnt even do anything? It seemed to also dim up and down in intensity depending on throttle. Anyone else doing this? Also, it smells a little funny. Almost a grease/must type of smell, not super pleasent. 2015 Silverado 23k miles
  5. I have a 2010 police Tahoe, I wired up a pioneer camera and everything works except for my reverse signal to tell my pioneer headunit to switch to camera. I am trying to avoid running a wire all the way to the tail light to tap into.. Im having a hell of a time finding a reverse light wire up front.. Ive read BCM but I can't find any schematics for it. I do have trailer package as well so there should be wiring up front for it as well
  6. I went 20x10 method race wheels. It sticks out a bit.. wasn't exactly going for the look but it does look pretty beast.
  7. Yeah this is what I was going to do, but it seems people are recommending to go with DSP. If I'm already spending 1k plus on this setup I might as well just not cheap out on this part.
  8. Hmm, did you use a LOC or just hook up straight to the amps high input? Maybe I should just use a dsp
  9. My amp already has high level input, though.. so I should in theory be able to run the speaker wire directly to that without the Audiocontrol is what Im thinking.
  10. I just ordered https://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_142893_JL-Audio-Stealthbox-SB-GM-3GSLVCNSL-10TW1.html and to power it https://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_97403_JL-Audio-XD300-1v2.html I have a 2015 without bose. For now, I'm just looking to add the sub. In the future I might mess with the speakers. Anyway my question is, is it necessary to spend the money on a DSP? Such as the axxess, fosgate one I've seen talked about on here.. it seems most people do that just because of the chime issue (which shouldnt be a problem as a subwoofer) or can I get away with just tapping into the speaker lines for a high output line?
  11. Have it done at a local offroad / 4wheelparts place. Most places are bad at aligning such large tires.
  12. This may sound dumb, but what sort of connector did you use for the wire going to the high input of the amp? Did the amp come with some sort of plug? I just see it has a few pins.
