TJay74, I recently went through the rear bumper assembly game for my 2016 Sierra Denali with White Frost Tricoat Paint. I am in Dallas and found a guy on Facebook Marketplace that had my color of bumper off a wreck for $350 and I paid $200 to have it installed. It was in near perfect shape and is OEM with all the backup sensors/black inserts, matching OEM paint and all. I wish you the best but you might check out Marketplace for your area... If you are in the DFW area I will share the guys contact with you as well Michael Sent from my SM-N976V using Tapatalk

I did the 12909 Magnaflow since it has 3.5 inch in and out... Removed the resonator, flapper and stock muffler added a dual twin pipe corsa style tip. Also have a AFE cold air intake that brings out some engine sound as well. 2016 GMC Sierra 6.2L...... Love the sound when cruising at 70 barely hear it almost stock even when switching in and out of AFM.... When cruising 30 to 40 very little sound..... Give it some gas where it lives above 2000 rpm and the deep sound comes out. I live in a suburb and did not want to be that guy coming home or leaving to my neighbors but needed it to sound like a v8 when it should. Sent from my SM-N976V using Tapatalk

Quick question about wheels...
GMC_SD_Ult_16 replied to ajs67donzi's topic in 2014-2018 Silverado & Sierra Mods
This may not make any difference for some but if you have a Denali and have added any items with weight to the bed or aftermarket wise something to consider is having a trim level relearn for the Magneride shocks. I have had 22s since purchase and felt the ride get slightly more harsh ( no they are not bad magnerides just yet) but I added a cover for the bed and some other aftermarket accessories..... After reading about this trim level relearn process I decided to see if it could affect the ride and all I can say is the ride for me has greatly improved. Was it out of caliber from the factory or due to weight changes from original settings I don't know but it did make a nice difference in how harsh it hits pot holes and blemishes on the road... Just FYI if it helps anyone.... Cost about $50 to have the trim level relearn done at dealer.. Who knows maybe you can ask them to make the shocks perform at a slightly more soft setting but I did not ask about that. Sent from my SM-N976V using Tapatalk -
My truck is 2016 Denali White Frost Tricoat but I can paint bumper if not a match. No deep scratches or dents... located near or within 200 miles of DFW, TX preferred. No Chrome bumpers please. Please be clear if includes black plastic inserts or cover. Would appreciate detail pics. Thanks, Michael Sent from my SM-N976V using Tapatalk

Stock ride height - 4" rake?
GMC_SD_Ult_16 replied to SS2Sierra's topic in 2014-2018 Silverado & Sierra Mods
Here is my before and after pics... Subtle but very noticeable especially when standing at the bed... It makes getting items in and out of the bed much easier surprisingly. Sent from my SM-N976V using Tapatalk -
Stock ride height - 4" rake?
GMC_SD_Ult_16 replied to SS2Sierra's topic in 2014-2018 Silverado & Sierra Mods
SS2Sierra, I did the exact lowering of the rear you are looking at with a small amount of rake remaining.. I have a 2016 Sierra Denali Ult 6.2L 4WD and like the look and ride very much... I also purchased a longer magneride sensor arm so it would be closer to stock position. I used the shock extenders as well and lastly had a trim level relearn performed at dealership ...For me it rides better than it did stock and seems to get better mpg by a small amount. Looks better too and I can haul my travel trailer perfectly level. Sent from my SM-N976V using Tapatalk -

Ok..I wasn't sure if there was a way to tie into the manual board extension button under the HVAC control area into triggering the folding mirrors or vice versa tie the folding mirror button into triggering the articulating boards. Since both have manual triggers just was not sure if connecting a wire or something feeding into the other would create a loop or something. If anyone anyone has any thoughts feel free to share and thanks. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk

Is it possible to make the articulating steps auto pop out when the side mirrors auto fold in and vice verse when mirrors fold back out. Reason I ask is for side safety of the truck I always extend the running boards and close in the mirrors as a way to minimize door dings. Just curious if there is a jumper or diode set up that could make this happen? If not is there a process we could go through. Still would like to keep the dedicated button for steps available just looking to cut out a step (no pun intended) in my daily parking routine. Thanks Michael Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk

Painted Bumper Replacement Cost?
GMC_SD_Ult_16 replied to GMC_SD_Ult_16's topic in 2014 - 2019 Silverado & Sierra
Got a quote of new bumper, full paint (white frost) and all black plastic coverings, installed for $1,750 including all labor, materials, and taxes.....It just felt high. Sounds like I would expect $1,300 to $1,450 range for a more fair price based on your feedback so far. Let me know if you all think differently. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk -
Painted Bumper Replacement Cost?

Thanks lapoolboy what would you all guess it would be installed and out the door if I don't do it my self? I am in North TX (DFW Area). Thanks. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk -
A trailer and my truck had a disagreement and my bumper lost the battle with some dents. If I replace bumper with OEM and need the top black plastic to be replaced also what would be an out of pocket cost you would think acceptable? Denali Painted bumper and color is white frost Tricoat with sensors.....All sensors are good no replacements needed. Thanks. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk

Please get them to put that in writing or at least hurry up and get it in before they change their mind. My 2016 6.2 L got the same code...2 injectors causing the issue and dealer( plus others on this forum) showed me the warranty details specifically excluding the injectors from powertrain warranty. Got GM to cover part of the cost for 4 injectors since I was at 37,000 miles but the fight was not easy and no one would cover it under powertrain warranty. I had them replace all 8 due to a new injector part number that I hoped was updated since mine had been built. I know the powertrain warranty changed from 100k miles (14-15) to 60k miles (16 plus models). Was this another change of powertrain covering injectors (in 14-15 models) versus not covering injectors (in 16+)? Best of Luck. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
