2014+ Truck Bed / Tonneau Covers
Johnv76 replied to Green 1364's topic in 2014-2018 Silverado & Sierra Mods
Diamondback bed covers are what I use. You can look at my profile and the pics I have of one on my truck. A bit pricey, but well worth the money. I went with the HD one. -
RC 2.5" inch lift and 35 inch tires
Johnv76 replied to THE_Engineer's topic in 2014-2018 Silverado & Sierra Mods
Well i have a 285/65 R20 on stock 20's on a 2.5 inch front level, and a 2 inch rear level with very little rub. The rub is so minimal in fact that i hardly ever notice it. You can see the extreamly little difference between the 35 x 12.5 vs the 285/65 R20. Also provided some picks. 285/65-20 35/12.5-20 Difference Diameter inches (mm) 34.59 (878.5) 35.02 (889.6) 0.44 (11.1) 1.3% Width inches (mm) 11.22 (285) 12.52 (318) 1.3 (33) 11.6% Circum. inches (mm) 108.66 (2759.89) 110.03 (2794.76) 1.37 (34.87) 1.3% Sidewall Height inches (mm) 7.29 (185.25) 7.51 (190.8) 0.22 (5.55) 3% Revolutions per mile (km) 583.12 (362.33) 575.84 (357.81) -7.28 (-4.52) -1.2% -

They are extremely good. Both the front and back have two hydraulic shocks each. Once you unlock, then easy open and stay open without any assistance. I have included the Diamondback website. You can also search on youtube, plenty of great videos on the item. https://diamondbackcovers.com/ -

Absolutely love it. Will hold up to 1400, to 1600lbs, extremely easy removal, plus you can access the bed from both front or back. You can easily carry taller items, you simply flip the front or back part over and just tie it down. -
