  1. Sorry to hear that. I was too offered a one month payment but I declined so they are scheduling a hearing. I hope they get more serious about it.
  2. It sounds like you couldn't get the car replaced. I was just contacted by BBB yesterday and I am taking it to them for an informal hearing with GM as soon they schedule that for me. What happened to your case?

  6. My dealer replaced the muffler and balance the tires. Now the noise and vibrations are even worse. They are telling me this is normal and everything works as it should. Any advice on dealing with this attitutde? Thanks
  7. My service tech said the noise and vibration are inheritive (does that even make any sense?) and normal. So disappointed at the way they are approaching this. Can anybody share experiences with buyback or lemon law? I'll take it back to the shop next week and it'll be the 3rd time.
  8. just bought a 2016 burb. i dont know when it was built but i have the same issues og booming at low speeds and buffeting. dealer did an alignment which didn't help next week will be replacing the exhaust. wish me luck
