  1. Recent traded my 2016 chevy 2500hd for a 2020 trailboss, question to my gurus in these forum with adaptors will a 20x10 -12 wheel with 305 50 20 tires fit on a trail boss with lil to no modifications to the body ? I know on my 2016 they fit with no moding .. figured I would toss it to you guys and get your thoughts Sent from my SM-G988U using Tapatalk
  2. My truck does a hesitation it feels like if I'm not on it , and just rolling through want to say 2nd to 3rd if I give it more gas seems to go away. Have basically the same mods you have minus the tune but, kind or feels like when you shift into to high of a gear n truck lugs a bit . I have a 2016 2500 6.0 , dont know if we are experiencing the same thing but going to be bringing it in soon
  3. All I did was put a k&n intake in bc I didnt the 17 duramax hood on my truck as well with duct work, had a jet mas flow air sensor in the truck I usually get bored put the stocker back in I notice a tiny difference with the jet mass flow air sensor ... but when the warranty is up I'm going to have black bear do the tune on it for sure. It's all good man I can definitely understand the frustration when you keep dumping money to try and correct an issue and it stays the same or gets worse.... you have 1 or 2 batteries in that truck and I'm sure they have the high output alternator In you truck as well, hey what gearing do you have in the truck Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  4. I agree these newer ones run alot lighter. And the steering sucks. I always ask the dealer when truck goes in for service if they have a updated map or any updates my 08 they always had updates and it kept getting better and better Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  5. Gotchya, I was looking at the intake prior with the box that matches the hood, I'm not going to lie I've had 05's through 2011 , and these new gens 2015 up gas jobs feel alot sluggish compared to the older models.... the dealer didnt notice your truck basically falling on its face ? 6. I think the only way your going to get a ram air hood on that Tahoe is aftermarket, haven't see any tahoe's coming off the showroom floor with ram air... pretty sure the 2500 hood doesnt fit your Tahoe lol... probably could find alot more in the suburban and Tahoe forums Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  7. Try putting the stock intake back on , that intake is for the l5p? Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  8. Any progress on the rear slider upgrade? Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  9. I wouldn't believe so especially after seeing what the unit is .. I personally liked the heavier feeling steering wheel instead of this lighter feeling one . Keeping my fingers crossed that it can be done and solve the issue Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  10. I wish I didnt have it I think that might be my issue did 2 alignments and road force. balanced the tires still the wobble at 40 to 50 mph ....thought it might be air pressure but I would believe it wouldnt only happen at 40 to 50 everytime regardless , but I've heard alot about the steering assists being the problem. Wonder if they could put a regular steering box in it with out the assist and call it a day Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  11. Do you have digital steering assist? I have a 2016 gasser and having that wobble from 40 to 55mph n goes away , going to the dealer this weekend to see what they say Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  12. Anyone get the steering issue resolved? I have a 2016 2500hd 4x4 gasser that at 40 to 55 the steering wheel is like a god damn shake weight bring it in to the dealer monday. It has the digital steering as it crap in it. Is there a way to simple get rid of it and put in a steering box from a work truck ?? The work truck models supposedly do not have the DSA , the RPO code to my knowledge is VN8 for anyone interested Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  13. I just saw this I had the same issue on my 2016 2500hd gas job ,and other ones now . I had to replace the horns n harness dealer wanted 500 plus with labor .... if you dont have a warranty just change it out for some train horns ... hopefully your dealer is better Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  14. Actually the paint code is the same but there are 3 or 4 variances of the paint code , that's what any professional body shop will know and look for , I have a white truck and my truck is the 2nd variance Sent from my SM-G930T using Tapatalk
