  1. My current set up is a 2.5 leveling kit with 2 inch blocks in the back. I am running 295/65/18 and at full lock there is slight rubbing against the control arm. I installed some spacers and now there isn't any rubbing at all. I believe you could fit 35s but there would need to be a decent amount of cutting.
  2. If you want improve your throttle response, i highly recommend getting a throttle commander. I purchased mine a couple weeks ago and their is a night and day difference.
  3. I put an aftermarket muffler on my Silverado and removed the aka flapper valve behind the muffler. My truck has about 57k on it and I would say it started that squeaking noise/high pitch noise when you first start it up but goes away once you start driving. The only time i notice this noise is when i start the truck after its been sitting for a period of time.
  4. Santa also gave me a pedal commander and all i can say about it is WOW. It took me less than 2 minutes to install, and once i got on the road and put it in sport mode, I literally thought the truck has been supercharged. I have noticed it does help with fuel economy and overall trucks performance. Just an fyi, when using the pedal commander you gotta be in park or at a stop light. When going from sport mode to city mode, the trucks transmission needs time to adjust and if you change modes while driving you'll get an unwanted response. Also definitely downloaded their app for your iPhone or android. You can control everything on the app and is very easy to use while sitting at a stop light.
  5. I am on board, just wait till the a huge protest of Pruis owners start protesting outside of GM headquaters. Calling it now everyone!!!
  6. Glad to know I am not the only one dealing with this issue. Thank you for posting!
  7. How much did the dealership charge you for parts and warranty? I have the same problem on my Silverado.
  8. There is a plastic cap on both headlight housing (driver/passenger) side that allow you access to your low and high beams. Check to see that the plastic cap has not rattled loose and has a tight seal. I had the same problem when i upgraded my driving lights to LED. I hope this was helpful.
  9. What would be a good price to sell my assist steps for? $100? Thank you for the help guys!
  10. I recently removed my factory Chevy Silverado Crew Cab 4" assist steps and would like to get rid of them. Does anyone have any recommendations on how i could sell them? I have tried craigslist and have not had any luck. Would anyone be interested buying them? I live in CT. Sorry for the off topic comment.

  12. Reading this post made me remember that my truck started to do make that noise "pop" only when the truck had been sitting all night and i get in to my truck and turn the wheel all the way to left to get out of my spot and it make 3 suddle pops/clicks....is this something worth looking it?
