Bilstein 5160s are a wicked upgrade
Baja24 replied to NorthernAT4's topic in 2019-2025 Chevy Silverado & GMC Sierra Mods
This is set to position 2. Looks pretty good to me. Maybe your At4 is different. I am on my driveway. So it's probably perched a little. I think all trucks sit and rake a little different. -

I went with #2 position. It's about a 1/2" lift. Perfect! Don't have to add UCA's or worry about angles. Definitely leveled a bit and feels much more planted. Exactly what I wanted. This is what this truck should come with from the factory. -

I just installed the 5160's in rear and 6112's in the front today. Amazing! I didn't know they were using Eibach springs. Where did you find that info? That's huge plus if true. -

Are you running a 2500? This Superlift kit is for an HD 2500/3500 not a 1/2ton. -

Your truck is rated to pull 9500lbs. If your pulling a 5100 dry with water and gear you'll be at 7500lbs. Well under the truck's rating. Especially if you're only going to be doing 4-6 trips a year. Also use a good weight distribution system. 2500 is definitely better to pull with, but you're well within in your limits, unless you want to drive a 2500 all the time as your daily. I use these in my 2019 Trail Boss 5.3 8 speed and pull a 28' toy hauler with a 4seat rzr1000 with water & gas. Flat & up hill 55-65mph, downhill I keep it to 50mph for control. Like one of the previous guys said, depends on your comfort and experience level. Go on a few short easy trips first, before you head out on a journey. Good luck

The colorado wheel is a 17. This is an 18 made for the 2019 silverado. It is sold through GM accessories. It's basically the exact same wheel, but fit for the Silverado. A bit pricey, But looks bad ass! -

Just Picked up my TrailBoss. Fricken love it!!!!!!!! I immediately put the GM 18" ZR2 wheels on Cooper AT3 XLT 305 65 18. It measures 33.56 x 12.2. Sits and rides so perfect. Could easily put 34" tires, but I liked these. Traded in my 2014 4wd w/Icon shock & A Arm. Loved my 14, but the trailboss has exceeded my expectations!
